Hala! Sis fuzzy_pink i also got them for my ento gowns! And umpisa pa lang namove na ng namove ang fitting date namin. Measurements pa lang nakukuha and january bride ako. Tuwing nagtatanong ako when the fitting date is na lagi sinasabi sa akin na unahin lang daw muna nila madispose yung gowns for their december brides tsaka kami aasikasuhin na january brides. But when i inquired with them nung october pa and told them na january ang wedding ko sabi nila sa akin dapat nagsstart na gawin ang gowns. Tapos ngayon lagi move ang dates. Huhu. Ayoko pa nga sila isipin i though sige ok lang medyo malayo pa naman date since last week of january ako. Kaso ngayon nakakatakot since baka madaliin nila paggawa.

Pero bayad na half ng total bill namin with them. How should i deal with them kaya?

sis... hanap na kayo ng iba. that is what they did to me. nagprocrastinate sila to the point na lahat ng gowns haphazardly done. Literal mali lahat. lahat ng pegs hindi nasunod plus mali mali ang sukat. pabalik balik kami. sakit sa ulo. As in worst supplier. Sis trust me. pull out your money. I will be sending them a demand letter soon.

Oh noes. And then hahanap ulit ng mga supplier. Nakakainis naman talaga. Dagdag stress pa sila. Akala ko wala ng problema since i booked na all of our suppliers waiting for their outputs na lang. Alrite, sis. Will talk to fiance first para makapagdecide what we should do next. But kasi we shouldn't have that kind of problems na especially when it's so near our wedding date na. Lalo na ikaw. Goodluck, sis! Sana maayos pa din ento gowns mo despite desino dulce's epic fail.

taz188: sis when in Jan is your wedding? Early, mid, or end of Jan? If your wedding is early Jan, meaning less that 6 weeks to go... Since Fuzzy_Pink is having such a horrible experience with Desino Dulce, this is what I would do. I would personally go to their shop and check if the gowns have been started at all. If they havent started, I would demand that they return my deposit already and immediately find a replacement supplier. Because if they havent started and you have less than 6 weeks to go, thats a super bad sign since that is exactly what happened to fuzzy_pink na postpone ng postpone then super haphazardly done.

^sis my wedding is end of january. But then ang sabi na nga kasi nila sa akin na end of nov ang first fitting and then namove na ng namove. We might go to their shop tomorrow to personally talk to them and let them know na alam ko their latest blunder.

Would you sisters know other designers na same range as them? I got them 2500-3000 for ento gowns. If ever we decide to pull-out our contract with them. Haaayyy. Stressfuuuuulllll

^sis, try mo muna advice ni sis chili. Don't let them know that you'll drop by tomorrow. Kung sinabi kasi nilang fitting by end of nov, dapat meron na talagang nagawa na acceptable para maisoot for the first fitting. Pero kung pagdating bukas eh tatabas pa lang ng tela para sa ento mo sis, kunin mo na dp mo. Buti na lang may GT at nalalaman natin ang mga ganito.

taz188: Hmmm well in fairness to them that's 2 months to go naman pala =) So It is possible for them to do it all by then. Siguro it might be good to sit down and really talk to them properly and nicely. Tell them nalang that youre concerned the fittings keep getting pushed back, and ask them kung kaya ba talaga or hindi??

Then check also sis if they havent started cutting the fabric if they even already have the fabric in stock. Gosh baka naman di pa nila na order till now, medyo thats cutting it close na.

Hi Sis Taz that was just a suggestion but tama si sis Chili talk to them first. Natakot na kasi ako sa kanila. I have been very patient with them once, twice and thrice. I have proofs communicating with them from the start pero they always say aayusin nila. pero wala tlg e. I just came to a point na ayaw ko na lang makipagusap kasi paulit ulit lang. I gave them two to three months to do it. We have 7 days to go and yet meron pang bago na problem sa GOWNS na nalaman lang namin kahapon and this am. Well come to think of it, December is peak season and it will be very busy for them at sa entou mo since it is Holidays. Talk to your fiancee muna. For me talaga getting them was very very stressful at disappointing.

**UPDATE** As of this writing, dumaan sila sa house ni mother in law para ipick up ang gowns at ayusin ulit. letting everyone know this for evaluation purposes. Well, so sad na nataon samin na sablay sila.

^OMG about the desino dulce feedback. I got them for my entourage. Hay kinakabahan ako, overseas bride pa naman ako medyo mahirap ang communication. I personally went to their shop last month to book them. We discussed all the designs and cloth to be used. I printed all my pegs ang gave it to them. And i paid them na almost 50%. Ok naman the result of our discussion. I recently had a change in my entourage lineup so i informed them thru email and viber. Kaso no response but i am assuming aware since i informed them beforehand. Super bothered ako sa review sa kanila. My wedding is next year, first week of Feb. They should have enough time to do the gowns. Magwawala talaga ako if they will do it last minute. Hindi mapapantayan the stress that they will give pag ganun kaya i understand if sis fuzzy will file a lawsuit. I might prolly do the same.
I am going to PH next week and i will drop by na lang at their shop to know the updates. I need all 12 dresses to be finished at least 2 weeks before the wedding. My gosh here comes the nightmares!!!

taz188: Hmm honestly, kaya pa ang 2 months to produce gowns. BUT that is usually not the standard timeline followed, usually at least 4 months ang ento para hindi madalian, with at least 2-3 fittings na yan, once a month. In my case, 4 months ang production leadtime ni Teena Sabrina Tan including measurement visit, 3 fittings and pickup of gowns. Shifting from Desino to Teena was definitely a splurge for me, but at least hawak ko na gowns nila and pati mom ko nagandahan.

Hello mga sisses. I am so distressed right now. Inayos nga ng Desino Dulce ang gown ni mother in law PERO lalo naman pumangit. My mother in law is very patient at never nagrereklamo. In fact, she told us to be nice to Desino, however, ngayong gabi she called us telling na ang yung simpleng gown niya eh KAHIYA HIYA nang suotin. That was her term KAHIYA HIYA.  She does not want to wear it anymore at 3 days na lang bago ang kasal namin. This is just too much. Very unprofessional until the very end. My fiancee who has been calmly speaking to them has finally hit rock bottom. Now we know what to do.

@sparklingjewel, i just read what happened with you kay desino. Shucks, bakit hindi ko yon nabasa before. We went there sa shop nil nung sunday, mga 2pm yun but they were cloooosed! Eh ang alam ko even sundays open sila until 4pm. Haynako, nakakastress

Baka this weekend uli pumunta na ako sakanila. If this weekend, 7weeks na lang yun for them to make the gown. Hay nako hay nako. Anyways, sana maresolve [textspeak!] gown ni MIL mo sis. Yung friend ko nakabili yung mom niya ng gown sa maldita nung nag-ninang siya. Wala lang beadings. Pero if you're gonna buy off the rack you might wanna check there. Hope all turns out well sis!

Im satisfied naman with the outcome at ang bilis niya gumawa. my wedding is on Dec 30 2015 . I just inquired last Oct 29, and submitted all the measurements last Nov 20. I was able to picked up the gowns last Dec 6.  even the my husband's coat sila din gumawa..

Hi fuzzy_pink! I just finished backreading your story here. I went thru the same experience as you and if it helps, I went thru what you are planning to do: I wrote a demand letter. I pointed out all the things that were wrong with my MIL's 2nd gown (take note 2nd gown na, coz the first one wasn't wearable too, kahit anong pilit namin). I stated in my letter that I'm not paying for the 2 gowns. We also returned MIL's 2 gowns. Nag comply naman sila and prepared a breakdown ng balance ko without the 2 gowns. Ask for a refund. You have the right.

Sis fuzzy_pink focus nalang muna on what needs to be done--- go for RTW, check Landmark, SM  or shops in Greenbelt 5. Deal with Desino Dulce after your wedding. (Then give them the review they deserve, my goodness).

taz188, super tagal na nung review ko on them--- around 5-6 months ago ata? Something like that. Grabe super grateful to have gotten a free pass to book another supplier. Magiging bridezilla ako lalo pag pasaway ang supplier because i can be super OC. I am usually super nice esp to suppliers, pero if they don't treat me right magiging bridezilla ako, haha!
