may thread ba dito na "cheapest mananahi?" yung totoong  cheap sana:) haha mga 1k-2.5k range?
or wala nang ganon ngayon? infinity dress na lang talaga mabibili sa ganong range?

hi sis, meron ako nakilala taga Divisoria, si ate Sy ang name niya, sa kanya ako ngpagawa ng mga gowns for my entourage, she quoted me 1200-1500, chiffon and my lace nadin s upper portion ng gown.
then for my flower girls I got it 450 each (organza). super bait niya, proven naman po na meron nagpapagawa sa kanya kasi nung nagpunta ako (2nd time) , I saw 1 couple ng fitting sa kanya and located siya along Tabora st ata yun..

May nakita akong cheap na mananahi online sa eBay, pero I tried ordering from her yun flowing chiffon bridesmaid gown..ended up having the whole 'chiffon' skirt redone. parang 1.5 yards lang ginamit sa skirt so nagmukha syang straight cut na duster, pinapalitan ko ng buong chiffon na almost 4 yards yata. But it's only for 1.2k so...yep. I texted her my measurements tapos nagawa nila in about 2 days. I dont have anything against them since they made it naman and I actually used it sa pictorials, pero yun lang, hindi nga sya flowy. I believe you can talk to them naman, kahit magdagdag ka ng extra bayad para extra tela din and extra flowy. Goodluck!

I haven't ordered yet pero I already talked to Camille of Cruella and Co, IG seller ng infinity gown, I decided to go with her kasi mura, mabilis kausap, maganda yung tela and para hassle free na, ayoko na rin mastress yung mga entou ko kung pano magsusukat mga ganon factor. I actually bought 1 infinity dress gagamitin ko sa year end party and looks really good and hindi halatang 1.1K lang bili ko.

I know someone sa may commonwealth area, cheap pero quality naman. 1500 to 2000 range ng gowns nila. Wala nga lang shop, sa bahay lang talaga siya nagtatahi.

Ang sakit sa bangs ng Desino Dulce. As  in palpak sila. Sana nagdivisoria na lang kami. I will do a detailed post/review on my blog soon after my wedding with pictures. Walang peg ang nasunod and they kept on postponing fittings. Sana nagdivisoria na lang kami. The infinity gowns that we ordered were not even sewn on the hemline. There were holes and ginupit lang talaga nila ang laylayan. I am so fed up na. I don't want to talk to them anymore and I have decided to deal with them after the wedding.

Major fear ko talaga ang stress sa pagpapatahi. Sa dami ng horror stories na nabasa ko before.

Thanks sis @peachlipstick Our remaining balance is only 3500. Nakakaiyak. Imagine yung sa gown ng mom ko, mali mali at hindi nasunod ang peg at nagwarla mom ko sa shop nila. She told them na pag hindi nasunod yung peg ulit bibili na lang siya. Lo and behold, the one who assisted us called me at I was trying to explain na ganito na lang gawin sa gown ng mom ko etc since ayaw nila pabalikin yung mom ko dun baka daw magalit ulit. I thought they will do the gown but they suggested na mag rtw na lang mom ko so we agreed. Okay na eh. pero the fact na nawala nila yung design ng lola ko and when I gave them pegs hindi nasunod.Walang nasunod sa pegs na binigay ko except sa mother of the groom.  My flower girls na gown na dapat powder blue mukhang gown from Frozen kasi naging aqua blue? hay. I can't even imagine. My wedding is Dec 5 na. I do not want to deal with them. I warn all brides to be here. Do not get them or sakit lang sa ulo makukuha niyo. Will do a very detailed blog review post about them after the wedding

^Sis fuzzy_pink, na-sad ako bigla lalo na nung nalaman ko wedding date ninyo. Agree with sis Chili1113, if hindi nila mabibigay ang napag-usapan baka pwedeng magdemand ka ng refund para kahit makahanap na lang ng RTWs.

Grabe napaka-unprofessional naman nila to call you para wag mo na pabalikin si mom mo sa shop nila. If they can't do it pala they should have said from the start, hindi yung kelan ilang tumbling na lang kasal ninyo na saka kayo naiipit. Eh di sana from the start nag-RTW na lang pala kayo.

Thanks Sis Chili and Sis Inquisitor Lavellan! Ok na yung sa mom ko. buti na lang nasabi nila like end of october so sumugod kami agad sa DIvi. Thankfully sa Dragon 8 nakakita kami ng supplier Abigail yung name. Ayun. nagawa nila in 12 days. Nakuha na namin at superb ang lining, fit at beadwork. Wala ako masabi. Sana dun na lang ako nagpatahi. YUng gown ng lola ko initially sa rack nila ako pumili ng design para hindi na sila mahirapan. Then tumawag sila sa birthday ko na nawala nila daw yung gown ng lola ko a day before na dapat mag fitting na ang lola ko. Take note a day before!!!! Nawala or hindi nagawa ayun ang nasa isip namin. Ang nakakaloka, nawala din daw nila yung design sa gown ng lola ko. grabe lang.  I do not want to argue kasi gusto ko parin maging kalmado so nagemail na lang ako ng bagong design which is 3/4 bolero tapos full lace yung  bodice  then I asked them na babaan yung yung top para matakpan yung puson. ang ending short sleeves na bolero at the simplest instruction na habaan nila yung top waley. Yung lace design. Hindi rin sinunod. I learned from a someone kanina lang na may history sila at sa gt daw din niya nabasa. She even told me na yung sa bride nila (photographer itong kausap ko) eh that day mismo ng wedding dumating yung gowns at mali mali size at sira. Thankfully nakuha na namin lahat. My lola who was supposed to wear blue eh nag cream so magkakulay kami sa kasal. nakakaiyak sila. I am so disappointed.

True sis. Nagkaprob din ako sa wedding gown ko pero the designer (a different one) made extra effort as in. Nung nagemail ako after two days pagkakita ko bongga na ng gown ko. That designer even asked if gagawa pa raw ba siya ng bagong gown which he was very willing to do kasi ayun ang dinemand ko sa email ko but I declined kasi inayos niya talaga. Pero si Desino Dulce. Susme. Hindi ko kinakaya. Very stressful. Pati si Fiance ko ahh.. siya nagsabi ano ba itong supplier na nakuha natin. Take note yung groom na usually walang kebs sa mga gowns eh nawindang sa kanila.

fuzzy_pink: I read your blog and you are a lawyer pala! Heheh Padalan mo ng formal letter =) The sis of my friend  had a similar problem with her own wedding gown a few years back. Good thing she is a lawyer and she really sued them because they didnt finish her wedding gown.

Yes Sis Chili will do that baka after na the wedding or our honeymoon. Ayaw ko sila isipin now hehe though nagrant ako dito kasi di ko na talaga kinaya.

Oh my goodness. Chili1113 told me about this thread. Looks like i escaped another epic fail supplier, thank god!!

fuzzy_pink, I had a bad experience also with them. Back in the day when i was looking for en ento designer, i paid a reservation fee for Desino Dulce and that was one of the biggest mistakes ever, na ma-entice sa presyo without even seeing sketches. Within my budget kasi sila and I was going to save so much by going with them. Kaso when the sketches came, parang drawing ko nung grade school ako. Kakatawa. It was in pencil, top lang, tapos super basic ng designs and they weren't even nice ha Divi level. I could do so much better myself. Worst of all, it wasn't what we agreed on na powerknit with lace appliques, puro designs with ruching lang binigay sakin. Labo talaga kausap. I asked for revised sketches nicely and even made them a Powerpoint para gayahin nalang nila wag na mag-isip. Never replied. Tapos after i posted in GT i was still waiting for the sketches, kasi nga ang labo nung unang batch, biglang nagback out on me and returned my reservation fee. BUTI NALANG, good riddance!! I booked a more expensive but credible designer after that. Now about a month before my wedding, tapos na lahat ng ento gowns ko, super bait ni designer and happy ento ko.  Sometimes you really get what you pay for. And sometimes its worth paying more just to avoid the stress that goes with cheap suppliers who really just cheat you with their lousy service.

Grabe good riddance sis. SO happy for you. AKo ngayon naiiyak. Akala ko wala na further problem. I woke up today learning na hindi parin nila naadjust gown ni mother in law. My mother in law called me up early today akala ko pa kliyente ko ranting about her gown. Sinabi niya na masikip at ang dumi dumi. Nakakaiyak sila sobrang palpak. Sis nabasa ba nila itong sa GT that is why they back out on you? Kasi bakit biglaan? I will be sending them a demand letter or filing a case against them for damages sa inis ko but I will still be consulting my fiancee.  Hindi makatarungan ito.

Yes sis i believe so kasi literally the morning after my post nagemail sakin to back out. I think narealize nila na i would be a difficult client bec if t am not satisfied with their work i can be vocal about it here. Baka natakot sakin. But take note i didnt back out ha and even asked for revised sketches. I was more than willing to give them a chance to prove themselves but they didnt want to try. It was their decision.
