cheap mananahi for entourage gowns

Ok can i just say, wedding suppliers are totally reading this forum.

Last night i posted about my initial experience with the ento gown supplier i booked. By 10am today they sent me an email offering a refund of my reservation fee because of what i posted.
I don't think they even have plans of delivering the additional sketches i was waiting for. Just to give you an idea why i wasn't satisfied-- they know i ordered varied lace details on the gowns. The initial sketches are all plain draping--i dont know what happened to our alignment. I checked my email tonight hoping to see an email from them with the revised sketches. But this is what I saw, an apology and outright offer to refund. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism. But we were not giving up on them yet nor asked for a refund. I was waiting for them to send the sketches so we can proceed. Kaso with that kind of reaction i got the feeling that they no longer want to work with me. Of course i do not want to force them too kasi baka lalong ma-sacrifice yung output. Should I take the refund? By the way, they just totally assumed it was me, since my identity isn't posted here.

Hayyz so Chili1113 like you i may have to change suppliers---so stressful! Can anyone recommend any of the ff? Raza Formal Wear, Tatah Galias, Kat Corpus, Ivory and White for ento gowns? My budget is just 3000-4500 per long gown (chiffon or powermesh with lace appliques). Which among them is the best? Or if you have additional suggestions they are totally welcome now!

sparklingjewel: Oh no!!!!! How stressful for you. Did they explain why they were offering a refund? Why dont you ask and then maybe you can stick it out with them if you are still comfy. Otherwise, perhaps it would be better for you to go elsewhere if you dont feel completely sure and at ease with them.

I wish I could help but I havent gotten to the part of scouting for an entourage gown maker yet, since I was kinda just planning to let my gown designer do it for me. I've been to Ivory and White but I didnt see any entourage gowns. Ill look around and let you know if I find anything.

^It was obviously because they saw my previous post stating that i was kinda regretting booking them already since antagal ng reply for the additional sketches and that i wasnt happy with the initial ones they sent. I wasn't expecting them to see the post, but i was completely honest naman so it doesnt change anything. Anyway, I think they decided to let go of me rather than handle someone so OC. Haha!
Perhaps i am too difficult for them, and they have naman other clients they can handle. Their shop is really busy.

Hi sparklingjewel, I'm so sorry to hear about your experience I'm using Raza for my bridesmaids and moms and I'm happy naman, but I'm going for very simple long dresses -- just draped powerknit and jersey, no embellishments -- and they quoted me well above P4500. They're very accommodating though and very responsive on email, which was important to me since I'm not based in Manila.

^Sis sevenstars i have met with Raza also. I have their quote na and sketches but since overbudget, for now they are my backup. Based on the sketches they seem to 'get it', i'm quite happy that they designed based on my preferences, without me needing to send pegs for them to copy.
My only concern is cost (they were unwilling to negotiate even though the additions were simple) and they are quite pushy in their opinion on the dresses. If i don't like anyone else under their quote i may still get them.

so disappointing naman what happened sis sparklingjewel. parang just because of a comment you posted here, give up na sila on making your gowns? what if all their clients posted something about them here, will they give up on all of them too? tsk tsk.

it is a bit weird though, that they were able to assume it was you, it means they probably had to do some stalking pa of your account here. lol. and i agree that suppliers are also reading this forum! but maybe its a good thing para alam nila pag meron tayong mga complaints or areas that they need to improve on, hindi yung puro good feedback lang from their former clients.

^sis juwie, i didn't think of that. Now that you mention it....One of the owners is also engaged and getting married i believe early next year.

^sis bzbee, yes they directly emailed me addressing my name. A portion of my post may have given it away. But anyway, i would rather they let me know now that they cant deliver rather than later on close to the wedding. Pag yon nightmare yon. I wouldn't want them to offer me a full refund 1-2 months before the wedding diba, yon that will really piss me off. So i respect what they did in recognizing it now nalang even though i was still willing to work with them at that point.

I am really hoping there are suppliers within my budget pa.. it's a busy season at work and i haven't got so much time to look :s

Pero actually sis may pagkaadmirable din na kung hindi talaga sila happy na makatrabaho ka na ibabalik nila yung DP at forego na ang account mo na sure kikita din sila. Baka nahurt nga talaga sila sa honest opinion mo. Have you decided to get the refund na? Scout kana for other suppliers sis madami naman dyan. Hugs

Ask ko lang if ok lang ba mag set ng appointment and mag fit ng mga gowns like sa Bride House or sa The Bridal Room tapos di ka pa naman pala sa kanila kukuha?

Yup sis ok lang yun. Aware naman lahat ng bridal shops na not everyone na pumupunta sa shop nila e on the spot buyer agad. Ok nga un para matey mo yung gowns nila and see kung anong bagay sayong cut:)

Just want to share this.. earlier today i met with Tatah Galias to inquire about ento gowns. He was nice and very accommodating, although since his rate is just the same as other designers that are more accessibly located to us (so we might not book him), he did a really good deed for us.

I had brought my laptop during the consultation since some of my pegs were there, and i left it in his shop after. Good thing fiance and I were still in the car parked outside, discussing what we thought of the visit. He was calling me pala about it, but my phone was silent. So he went out of the compound to check if we had left na and when he found us still there, he tapped on our car window to give it to us. I super appreciate his honesty. That's a good person right there.

I wish him well in his business, he's a good guy. We're thinking of a way to give him a token pa.

Kanina kasi while browsing my ig account naalala ko yung isang seller doon na nag import ng korean dresses and when I looked into her uploads madami ako nakita na mga dress na pwede gamitin pang entourage and meron din mga white dresses na pwede pang bride kung simple (pang beach or civil) lang hanap mo or bet mo mag ala-Kitchie Nadal

You can search for the hashtag #dandixdress sa ig then tignan niyo nalang kung may magustuhan kayo. Okay naman quality nila from the clothes I bought before and may mga actual pic sila ng ibang items nila para makita niyo

Hi sis @Meow Lao Li , try mo sis sa tutuban, 1st floor, may shop dun ng ready-to-wear gowns. Maraming pagpipiliin. Dun ako kukuha ng entou gown ng bridesmaids ko e. Cheaper kasi compare sa MTO. Since, okay naman yung tahi, malinis at maganda design. More on chiffon and fabric nila at minimal lang ang beadings.

^sis price nila is 1600-1900, pero pag nag-avail ka ng 6, ibibigay daw nila ng 1350 each. Actually 2 yung shop dun, sabi ng sales staff nila relatives daw yung owner ng store. Dun sa isang store 1400 original price then 950 if maramihan. Mas marami nga lang yung design ni store 1 compare to store 2, but quality were both fine.

Kailan ka pupunta sis? Pupunta kasi ako dun next Sunday, with my bridesmaids.
