share ko lang yung niluto ko kanina. . .

Fish Finger with tartar sauce

nagboil ako ng 2 tilapya na may pinitpit na kapirasong luya at asin..sandali lang pakuluan.
1/2 singkamas 1/4 carrot julienne cut..sobrang nipis para madali maluto.
2 baguio beans,1 sibuyas, pinuhin.
Himayin ang tilapya tanggalan ng tinik isama ang gulay.salt and pepper then lagyan ng flour and egg yolk.mix ng mabuti.
Iready na ang breading. . .
Cornstarch lagyan ng garlic powder,mix
egg white lagyan ng milk,whisk
breadcrumbs
ishape na parang finger yung fish mixture. Igulong sa cornstarch then sa eggwhite then sa breadcrumbs then fry.
For tartar sauce. . .chopped red bell pepper,pickle relish,hard boiled egg,chopped(optional),condensed milk(konti lang),mayo,salt and pepper. . .mix

@imagodei082990: mais con yelo :D hehe.
pwede rin Beef & Corn Stir-fry. Saw this recipe sa Knorr website before...

BEEF & CORN STIR-FRY

1 tbsp onions
1 tsp garlic
vegetable oil
1 Knorr beef cubes
red & green bell peppers
1/2 cup corn kernels
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup water
beef, sukiyaki cut
sesame oil

1. saute onions and garlic in oil. add Knorr cubes and mix well until dissolved.
2. add bell peppers, corn kernels and saute.
3. add soy sauce, water and sugar and simmer until thick.
4. add beef and saute until cooked. drizzle sesame oil over. mix well, serve.

share ko yung niluto ko kahapon na pork giniling na nakita ko sa net.

1/2k pork
1 medium size potato cubes
1 medium carrot cubes
1 medium bell pepper cube
1 bay leaf
kraft cheeze whiz
black pepper
light soy sauce
garlic and onion

1. saute garlic n onion
2. put the pork and add some water
3. put the potato and let it simmer for 5 minutes
4. put the carrots and bell pepper
5. put the soy sauce and bay leaf and pepper add more water if needed
6. add the cheeze whiz
7. simmer until it's cook

masarap siya with cheeze whiz pati anak ko na picky eater nag request gusto daw niya ulam ulit next time.
