Para sa mga left-over pork adobo I found one from my Idol Chef Boy.. SINAMPALUKANG ADOBO10 cups water½ cup sliced onionsOne fourth cup sliced ginger1 cup chopped tomatoesOne and a half cups skinned gabi½ kilo cooked pork adobo½ cup labanos, sliced diagonally½ cup sliced okra½ cup sitaw, cut into 3” length2 packs Sinigang sa Sampalok Original Mix1 bundle camote topsProcedure:1. In stockpot, combine water, onions, ginger and tomatoes. Bring to a boil for at least 10 minutes to extract flavor.2. Add gabi and pork adobo. Simmer until gabi is tender.3. Add the rest of vegetables, followed by Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix. Let simmer for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat and add camote tops. Serve hot.
