do you girls think it lives up to the hype? im hoarding tints na "meh" lang sa akin..
e.g Ever Bilena, Tony Moly, Etude House.. they're collecting dust haha.

I only prefer Ever Bilena because it's cheaper and more hygienic yung packaging niya compared to Etude.. I think ok naman sila, just not what I'm looking for.. I need red like tomato red.. bright red..papansin red hahaha like I even resorted to red food coloring and lo and behold, ito talaga favorite color ko. haha kaya lang sobrang drying parang canyon yung lips ko hahaa

sana naman di letdown yung KJM.. hihi I might order soon..

^ i take it you have pigmented lips sis noh? I am not sure how the product will show up on your lips, kase di naman pigmented yung saken. But you can try Bloodshot muna, super red sya saken. I don't apply it generously kase medyo nakaka catch ng attention yung color hahaha. May Cebu reseller sa IG sis. I bought from her (@organictints.cebu) if gusto mo walang SF. Pwede din Bittersweet Magenta, dark red sya.

As for the hype, para saken, yes. It fits my requirements kase: not drying sa lips, not sticky sa cheeks, no annoying smell, no bitter taste. May subtle sweet taste but it does not bother me. I have tried a lot of tints din and stopped using most of them because of the taste. Although I have to reapply 2-3 times sa lips ko. But sa cheeks, it lasts the whole day. The downside is liquidy nga lang sya. Parang food coloring yung consistency XD

Pero if you want to make your own lip tint, I think you can mix food coloring + glycerin (this draws moisture from the air and to the skin kaya di drying. Ginagamit din to sa KJM lip tint hehe). Pag oil kase ang imimix, humuhulas lang sa lips.

^ thank you sis and you're right, pigmented talaga lips ko..ehh, I got a comment pa asking if I smoke!!!! WTF?!?!?! It's that bad, na kahit Ruby Woo, if one light layer lang, PINK siya tingnan sa akin. I need like..3 layers to achieve red.

^No problem, sis minatay91 For me, di ko siya super irrave. Parang okay narin since it's all natural and inexpensive. Pigmented din ang lips ko so I have to swipe a lot of times para talagang lumabas yung color. Masyado kasing watery yung consistency para sakin tapos hassle lang kasi palaging kumakapit sa front teeth. I tried the technique ni sis BacMook pero tumitinta parin sa teeth ko since more than 2 swipes talaga ginagawa ko. Ang tip ko nalang is patuyuin muna layer per layer kaso time consuming lang. Bet na bet ko pa naman gawin yung gradient lips kaso tricky sya gawin dito sa KJM tints kasi kelangan ko pa antayin patuyuin since watery nga siya unlike gel tints na mas workable. Sa cheeks, ay ito talagang panalo. Whole day talaga siyang nag-sstay kahit one swipe lang. Ikaw ang magsasawa!

Pink Puff - Tested it yesterday and gamit ko din ngayon. Kala ko mas blue based siya than Dolled. Baby pink sa cheeks ko tapos pink na may pagka-red naman sa lips. Ginamit ko din ngang eye shadow kahapon. Ok siya, long lasting din!

Maiba naman ng brand. Gustong gusto ko lately yung In2it Gel Tint. I have it in Watermelon. Red orange ang color pay-off. Mild lang din ang bitter taste. Malalasahan mo lang pag ni-lick mo yung lips habang medyo basa pa yung tint. And yung scent is subtle lang. Pag nilapit mo lang yung nose mo sa applicator saka mo palang maamoy yung product (amoy tinta ng ballpen for me) pero not really bothering. I just don't get it kung bakit bendable yung applicator. Mas long lasting nga lang yung KJM tints kesa dito pero gusto ko parin siya kasi ang daling gawin ng gradient lips tapos hindi din drying.

Ever Bilena Tint - I hate this. Eto lang ang tint na nagssting sa lips ko. Why? Sayang pinamigay ko lang.

Etude House Dear Darling Tint in Berry Red - Mas violet ito sakin than red which I don't like. Hindi flattering yung pagka-violet eh. Parang na-tipus na hindi maintindihan ang itchura ko. LOL. Nahihirapan din akong palabasin yung color sa upper lip ko and drying din siya in a few hours pero infernes naman whole day din ito sa cheeks.

I have to commend KJM's staying power sa cheeks ko talaga. Kahit nag-oil up na ko at lahat stay put pa rin sya  Natuwa lang ako.

Finally tried the other shades ng KJM.

Summer Kiss - not peachy, orange talaga sya. It's the least pigmented among the shades. Kahit ilang swipes, light orange sya sa lips ko. I don't find this long lasting at all 
Pink Puff - ganda! It's a warm pink, I think this can pass as a pinky red
Fused - parang darker version ng Girl Talk
Vibe - violet sya saken, not that much of a fan nito, reminds me of an eggplant But I love the stain that it leaves as it is long lasting. Kahit binura ko, andun pa rin [textspeak!] color(pinkish pag nag-fade na sya). Medyo disappointed ako dito kase ang ga-ganda ng mga when worn photos nito
Bewitched - true to its name. Para akong kumain ng octopus (yung may black soup, sorry di ko alam yung Tagalog name ng dish) hahaha. But if topped with their Pandora tint balm, super ganda! Gusto ko kase brown with a hint of red. Achieve yung kontrabida look. XD

I noticed na may bitter taste yung darker shades. Di ko alam kelan ko magagamit yung last 2 shades, binili ko lang out of curiosity. LOL. For everyday tints, eto favorites ko: Tango, Pink Puff and Girl Talk. But for cheeks, yung Girl Talk talaga pinaka favorite ko. )

I'm still looking for a peachy tint, though. Will try Skin Potions next time.

Ever Bilena Tint - I hate this. Eto lang ang tint na nagssting sa lips ko. Why? Sayang pinamigay ko lang.

LOL, thanks for this sis. Bilhin ko sana to due to positive reviews, wag nalang pala. XD

I've also tried In2It gel tint and Etude House Dear Darling tint, gusto ko yung consistency and color pay-off nila kaya lang feeling ko sticky sya sa lips ko kaya I stopped using them.

Natasha Beauty's Lip and Cheek Gel, favorite shade ko is Cinnamon. I swear by this kasi lagi akong maputla and mukang may sakit. Lol. Hirap lang mag hanap ng dealers, pero pag bumibili ako 5 agad sa isang bilihan, kasi mura lang naman

May shades ba ang kjm na parang cha cha tint? I'm thinking if summer kiss or tango ba medyo cha cha tint ang dating?

^Yan din hanap ko sis. Kala ko nga Tango na pinakamalapit sa Cha Cha Tint but no, red orange siya na may hint ng pink. Mas malapit yung shade nya sa Ever Bilena Tint.

@artificialstar - Sis, thank you again for the feedback sa ibang shades! Yep, wag mo na bilhin yung sa Ever Bilena kasi parang Tango narin siya tapos baka mag-sting din sa lips mo, although yung iba naman wlang ganung experience. Malayo ba yung kulay ng Tango and Blood Shot?

Everyday lip tint ko si Pink Puff. It's pretty nga na warm pink! Nakaka-fresh!

^ For me, wala masyadong difference sis. Both are red kase, kaya lang Tango is orangey. If one swipe lang sa Bloodshot, para na rin syang Tango. Nag-sshow kase yung pagka orangey nya, but if you build it up, bloody red talaga sya, I don't know if that makes sense LOL. But sa cheeks, parang similar lang talaga sila (1 swipe)

Ok thanks mga sis. Hanggang ngayon di pa rin ako nakakahanap ng kapalit ng cha cha tint, I guess I'll try the other colors ng kjm para hindi maubos agad ang cha cha tint ko hehe

Hi mag sis. What shade/brand would you recommend for pigmented lips? I'd like to try the KJM tint also.

Di nagwaork sakin and Ever Bilena tint, very obvious and parang lalong sumisigaw na pigmented yung outline nag lips ko. 😅😂

Yung Lip and Cheek Stain ng The Body Shop (TBS), parang nagbago na yung formulation niya. Medyo malabnaw na. Nagdagdag na rin sila ng shade, although loyal pa rin ako sa #1.

Nasubukan ko na rin yung Ever Bilena tint, parang mas nagtatagal siya kaysa sa lip and cheek stain ng TBS.

Recently I tried two brands of lip and cheek tint: 1) Tony Moly Delight Lip Tint and 2) KJM cheek and lip tints in Bittesweet Magenta and Girltalk.

Tony Moly, 7/10. No weird taste, maganda rin ang kulay. Mabilis nga lang mag-fade, mga 2 hours lang nag-fade na.

KJM cheek and lip tint, 9.5/10. Winner ang staying power. Umaabot ng 4-5 hours kahit kumakain o umiinom ka. Hindi rin drying sa lips, it would have been perfect if there is no faint bitter taste na nalalasahan ko kapag bagong lagay siya.

Bittersweet Magenta is a sheer berry red, I love this, parang naturally reddish ang lips.

Girltalk is pinky red, this one looks unnatural on me, parang magic lipstick ng EB ang kulay niya sa lips ko. Though maganda naman, but I prefer BSM.

I'm using in2it lip and cheek stain for 2 years now . Not that pigmented pero okay yung shade and hindi nakakadry ng lips.
