Mga sis yung health insurance ba okay ang work? I mean madami hiring and okay ang pay?

hi mga sis. my family is migrating there sometime this year. actually, tapos na yung sa medical. just waiting for the visa. magpapaiwan ako though kasama ako dun sa petition. i'm a 20 y/o CPA, currently working as a Finance Analyst.  ang plan ko is magpaiwan muna dito then sunod na lang don. hanggang kailan valid yung visa to go to Canada?

one more thing,  my dad is 45y/o. he's a systems analyst here. he had a heart surgery in 2004. i'm just worried na baka mahirapan siya maghanap ng job dahil sa age and condition? sa may Scarborough sila kasi my tita's there na.

^Sandali lang ang validity ng visa. You have to go with your family. Saka the younger you are, the better na magsimula ka ng buhay dun. Why delay?

^^^i work for an insurance company sis, ok naman ang pay. And of course, maganda ang retirement and health benefits. Pero do you mean working in an insurance company or working as a broker?

^sandali lang ang validity ng visa pero i know one family na ganyan, hindi sila sabay sabay, i just dont know why they opted that. One person should never be judged by his/her age, condition, sex, ethnicity or whatever when finding work. Work experience and capabilities lang lagi ang labanan dito. You dont put your age sa resume and if you dont discuss your health condition during the interview then hindi naman malalaman diba. Kahit dumating ka pa sa interview ng naka wheel chair, they are not allowed to ask you about it unless ikaw na mismo ang nag open ng topic about your condition.

Ah ic. Kasi my cousin is working as a doctor although parang sa claims yata siya ng medical insurance sa dubai. Gusto niya magmigrate ng canada. Ang ginagawa niya kasi sa dubai is like approval ng claims etc.

Ah yes. She can work for insurance. Good idea for those in the medical field! Yung iba kasi parang laging medical transcriptionist pag no choice na. Usually kasi may consultants din kami in the medical profession not really to approve the claims pero to discuss kung ano ba yung mga procedure na ginagawa sa hospital, dental clinic, etc.

Medyo malaking company din kasi ang insurance sa canada and the US kasi lahat na ata ng bagay insured.

patulong lang mga sis, si hubby bigla na lang nagising isang araw at gusto nya nga daw mag Canada:

-may 1st cousin ang father nya sa Winnipeg & willing naman mag sponsor, kaso matagal nga daw kaya daw subukan ang Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP), ask ko lang kung sakali possible ba talaga mag sponsor yung Tito nya sa kanya kahit hindi naman sila immediate family?

- so pinag aralan ko na yung MPNP, sa field Sales kasi linya ng work ni hubby, may mga hawak na syang tao at matagal ng yun ang work nya, okay naman yung mga company na pinanggalingn nya kaso naisip ko parang hindi sya kabilang dun sa Skilled Worker category, okay lang ba na subukan pa rin namin gumawa ng on-line application, willing naman sya mag take ng IELTS at yun nga syempre bubunuin namin ang mga requirements, at tatanggapin nya daw kahit na anong work kung saka-sakali may pag-asa pa rin ba yun kahit hindi sya kasama sa Skilled Worker?

Hi mga sis, I'm a single mom with one daughter, and gusto ko talaga mag canada and start a new life there with my daughter, kaso I don't know where to start and means to start, kelanagan ba talaga may millions ka sa bank? and also, I have a health condition din kasi pero hndi [textspeak!] siya ganung ka grabe and I have my doctor to vouch for that? Any recomendation?

Important Question is if you have relative or friends (for those who want to settle in Manitoba) willing to sponsor you. Not only it will help you with the process, at least kampante ka na may kakilala ka at may matitirhan ka sa canada kahit temporary especially for those with kids.

I think so. But check nyo na rin sis. Hindi ako sobrang sure. Pero sure ako na pwede magsponsor ng friend sa manitoba. Per pag friend dapat dalawa sila na sponsor.

My passport is already in CEM. This is it, I will be starting a new life na talaga in Canada in a few weeks.

Parang tahimik yata kayo mga sis...i was reading this thread mula doon sa 1... Kumusta po kayo? Fsw po ako katatapos lang medical, nag iisip na sa ontario lalapag, pero medyo na intriga ako sa Manitoba. Kumusta kaya ang survival jobs dito? Mag pa assess pa po kc ako sa board of nursing kaya medyo mahaba pa yon...wala po akong pili sa work.

I will be coming with my family husband and 3 sons.

^^alberta and now Saskatchewan has more job opportunities than ontario.

^Doctors from outside of canada cannot practice here. He need to go back to school and pass the licensure exam here.

pero seriously, matinding leg work talaga ang gagawin para makapagmigrate. sa totoo lang, magcollect pa lang ng documents, parang nakakatamad na sa dami eh. pero ganyan talaga. altough malaki ang advantage nya pagdating sa point system. pero yun nga hindi sya pwedeng maging doctor dito agad.

^sinabi mo pa sis, last year pa ako pinag aayos ng sisters ko ng mga requirements, now lang ako mag start, kinakatamaran ko. buti na lang yung sa school ko, I got cousins working dun, ayun siya na pinag papa ayos ko on getting my clearance and para mapa red ribbon, wala na kasi akong leave kaya hindi maka absent 

mag apply kami ni hub provincial nominee.
