sa totoo lang napaka masunurin nating mga Pilipino kung pagiging obedient lang pag uusapan pero numero uno din tayong abusado kaya mas maganda may nakikitang sampol para aware ang lahat na may batas talagang iniimplement.

Does the constitution need to change to institute death penalty? Just asking at mukhang masalimuot ang issue and it is Nor just straight implementation.

It has to undergo several congress/senate hearings/debate? Then after the long process, I'm sure the people opposing death penalty can file a restraining order (TRO) para di ma implement ang death penalty, so the case will just be left there hanging forever, years, possibly decades??

I support death penalty to the most serious crimes like murder. However, there should be no reasonable doubt that the accused is guilty of the crime. We should strive to administer death penalty with justice.

The problem I see here is the disparity between the rich and the poor. baka mahihirap lang ang ma death penalty.

Death is an easy escape for those who committed heinous crime. After death tapos na din pagdurusa ng katawang lupa nila. Mga kamaganak na lang nila magsusuffer ng kahihiyan. For me, mas mahirap if every day of their life mararanasan nila gaano kahirap to be deprived of one's freedom, to be ridiculed by other people, to have a life away from your loved ones at kung ano ano pang kahirapan at sufferings that they can experience sa kulungan. Yun nga lang gagastusan pa sila ng government for their everyday needs. Saka yung mga influential people sa loob like yung pinakita na raid before sa Bilibid, they still enjoy a comfortable life inside with matching aircon and other comforts pa.

sa kapal ng mukha at tibay ng sikmura ng mga masasamang tao na yan, I doubt kung makakaramdam yan ng kahihiyan at paghihirap.
