Sobra akong na surprised kanina when I recieved my bill dahil inincrease ng BDO yung credit limit ko. Hindi naman ako nag request. I'm so happy talaga.   

Bakit wala parin akong increase, 2 years na ang CC ko? hmmm....

Ako naman, compared to BPI, I like BDO better.  Super tagal magtransact with BPI, grabe! Pati pag-open ng account, ang tagal tagal!!!   BDO is ok for me.  Tsaka separate tellers nila that receives bill payments.

^Del Monte branches.  Aside from the tellers behind the counters, yun mga nasa side counters accepts bills payments.  Maybe it depends on the day of transactions.  Mondays and Fridays are the most hectic.  Baka nagkataon lang na maraming nagdeposit.  What I like din sa BDO, marami silang tellers unlike some banks na 1 or 2 lang ang open.

@ Clair de Lune: i know how you feel sis, last two years i pulled my 2 TD accounts and transferred to BPI, poor customer service talaga ang BDO, almost lahat ng branches

I go to 2 del monte branches, both ok naman.  Meron din waiting of course, pero not too long.

For those with BDO Equity UITF investments, pls help. I enrolled sa EIP, para automatic top up na for my equity fund, but then for the month of july, hindi ako nakapagdagdag sa savings account ko, bale kinulang yung amount na I specified as automatic top up,  so  hindi nakapag automatic top up ang BDO for my Equity fund. Masastop ba yung fund ko? I forgot to ask that sa BDO. And if nakapag dagdag na ko sa savings account, automatic din ba na magreresume yung EIP?

Nothing would happen to your EIP.
Basically, if come contribution date and your
account is not enough to satisfy the required EIP amount,
then it is skipped and continue lang ulit next time.

I've only experienced not having enough for 2 consecutive
contribution dates. Not sure if it applies for longer periods
but I'm pretty sure it does.

Hi sisses. I have 10k in equity and have the COP with me, pwede bang add nalang ako ng funds thru eip under that account para madagdagan 10k? One time ko kasi nilagay si 10k eh hindi thru eip. Help please.

What do you mean add it under that account?

If you invest another 10k, you get another COP.

If you subscribe to EIP, you get deducted as low as
1k per month then you get a COP once your EIP hits
a market value of 10k.

Your regular COP and COP spun off from EIP would
be under just one master client number.

Are you trying to say that you want just one big COP?
Because you can technically do that, just redeem and
reinvest so its under one COP but the holding period
would get reset though.

i really recommend this bank!

am not sure if other bank does it too, but when i pay bills with bdo bank i don't have to fill up payment form anymore, just like payment center, they scan your billing statement.

as for their cc, good perks din. As for the calls (am assuming this is about payment?) haven't heard anything from them nor from other cards as well.

ugh... i can't believe hindi pwede mag transfer ng money from "savings" to ÜITF via online banking.. ang hassle kaya pumunta ng bank para magdagdag ng funds sa UITF.. tsk ...

anyway, yung ibang tellers ah hindi alam kung ano yung ÜITF ..  kaloka

^ this is because uitf are handled by personnel who have been trained for this products. Not all tellers have info for this, often they will refer you to their investment officer. This is actually better since you don't get wrong information about the product.

Approved na din increase ko in cc limit. I just received a text confirmation 3 days after i requested.

Love bdo for their long operating hours, accessibility of their branches, credit card promos, cc points w/o expiration (like metrobank), and because of their bdo rewards card.

Just recently, i opened maxi saver acct in bpi savings. Pero i'll close it na din. Antayin ko lang mag one month para no charge. Will just stick to 2 banks, metrobank and bdo for us.
