so hindi pa pala scratch proof yung screen ng iPhone 5 mga sis? i'm thinking of getting one kasi sobra bagal na ng nokia n97 ko kating-kati na akong palitan hehe.

@ Naughty Guru: I'm with globe. Kaya pala I had a hard time connecting to 3G since its launch, may problem pala. I've called their CS & went to their BO as well, wala naman nabanggit. I guess their just protecting their image due to this prob. So far, ok na yung pag connect ko sa 3G. Sana gawin nilang mas mabilis pa :/

i upgraded to iso 6.0.2 na and no problems naman but the 3g is still slow and that is why i didn't sign up for unlimited internet. exag sa bagal and i'm on postpaid. hubby is on pre-paid and mas mabagal pa.

i got my screen protector and a moshi case. parang puro plain cases pa lang.

Mandatory sa Globe yung boost, for protection daw in case lumobo cellular usage mo.

haay naku hindi din natuloy yung naka sked na pick up ko nung 21st! apparently, nagka "error" sa request ko and naka note daw na need akong tawagan ng globe kasi yung nakausap kong agent nung nag request ako FORGOT to inform me na may mandatory 99/ month na supersurf.. kakaasar! so unprofessional!!

nainis ako i cancelled muna my request, malaki din yung 99/month for 24 months ah.. eh line ng MIL ko yun hindi naman nag susurf yun, kung sa akin ok lang.. haay..

aside from globe and smart anyone who got their ip5 from someone else? kay kimstore 32k yung 16gb eh.. meron pa bang mas mura dun?

@einjhel: the screen is scratch proof. it's the sides and the back that you need to be worry of. there's a screen guard/protector that covers the front, back, and sides. check zagg invisibleshield for iphone5, costs 1500 i think with lifetime warranty.

@empress: great that your 3g is already stable. but if ever you got any 3g/internet problems, try to drop by any globe center and discuss your issue. currently, globe is replacing the lte enabled simcards they gave out with normal nano sim.

@little_princess: agree that 3g is very slow at the moment, but there are also places where it is fast. as per globe representatives, hindi pa daw stable yung lte connection nila until Feb next year. we are still lucky that Apple allowed globe and smart to launch the iPhone5 without stable LTE connection. (i just hope globe and smart don't charge extra for the lte connection)

I also signed a gadget care and given a free insurance  each   on the  2 iphone 5 which is good  up to 4 months ,can be renewed, but that is optional

im thinking of  installing the "shield" protector peg at 1, 500 for the whole phone na yun, kaya lang they say sometimes it's good for 6 months lang then pay another 400 again if palitan nila,,,

i'm a globe postpaid user but i bought my globe phone from somewhere else (ie the black market), got it for 37k from a friend and it's 32gig. downside is there is no insurance but i don't have to have it unlocked to use it abroad, i travel to the UK 4-5 weeks at a time and i will use a local sim as the data plans there are much much faster.

i did a computation if i would get the unlimited internet or the 299php every month and with the 24 month lock up, mas mapapamahal pa ako. so i decided to but it elsewhere.

Question mga sisses,mas makakamura ba ako kung mag la lock in ako sa mga network?or buy na lang ako sa mga fone shops and use my credit card?how much ba yung pinaka murang monthly sa ip5 sa smart or globe?

@crazycoolchic19: mas masusulit and maeenjoy mo ang iPhone5 mo kung naka unlimited data plan ka. unless meron ka nang pocket wifi na naka unlimited data plan or naka wifi ka sa bahay and hindi ka naman umaalis. sayang kasi yung Smart Phone mo kung hindi rin naka data plan, hindi mo mama-maximize yung gadget. you can use credit card sa globe to pay for the cash out, they offer 12months with 0% interest.

thanks po NaughtyGuru, ask ko na rin kung marami bang free apps and games ang iphone compare to android phones like samsung galaxynote2? kasi gun dalawa talaga ang pinagpipilian ko, pero hirap lang me talaga magdecide. or need pa ijailbreak ang iphone para marami akong pagpilian ng mga apps and games? thanks so much

Sakin, without a doubt, I'd choose iPhone over any android phones. I always go for the original, kung sino yung nagpasikat/naka-imbento. It's just my preference. Feel ko all of those out in the market are mere copycats. My POV

Anyway, the App Store is giving away free songs/vids, games for 12 days. Download nyo Lang yung 12 days app & u get free stuff everyday. Whatsapp is still free up to now so go download it na!

depends kasi yun sis sa needs mo... ako di naka jb ang iphone ko pero happy ako kasi marami pa rin free apps... i also have note2... halos lahat ng games dun ko lagay.. pwera nga lang un meron sa iPhone na wala sa Android..

@einjhel: yes madami naman free apps ang iPhone, i think enough na yung mga free apps para matuwa ka sa kanya. you can also Jailbreak your iPhone kung gusto mo ng free apps or apps that are not being offered by appStore, pero hindi pa available ang Jailbreak for ios6.0.x. and if ever you opt to jailbreak your iphone, don't worry about the warranty, you can always restore it and the Jailbreak is untraceable. but then again, if you can afford to buy an expensive phone why would you pirate a $0.99 app 

@cleslie05aj: yes pwede mo ipa-cut yung regular sim or micro sim mo into nano sim. madami nagcucut sa greenhills. pero saan ka bibili ng iPhone mo? if you'll buy locally sa telcos or authorized apples store, naka lock yung iphone5 to either globe or smart. kaya no use yung sun-sim mo.

sis ask mo sa sun cellular shop kung may nano sim sila for postpaid.. baka naman meron... not sure kung pwede ipa cut...

iphone4s sakin sis... but definitely yes sa battery... sa iphone ko... 2-3 x  day ako nag charge.. while sa Note 1x day lang... Performance wise, mas gusto ko pa rin iphone...
si Note ko.. ang function nya sakin is more of tablet... maganda rin kasi di napupuno ang iphone ko... lahat ng camera/photo apps ko nasa iphone.. mas maganda pa rin kasi camera nya... others like games, ebooks.. nasa Note...
