this depends sa company, amy company na ok lang na highschool grad so long you have the skills, however most of the CC requires at least 2nd year college. Try EGS in Sta Mesa or QC Goodluck

You may want to try sa CITI Group sa PBCOM Tower sa Makati. May Australian account sila na dayshift daw. And malaki din ang pay.

Transcom EDSA has (mostly) day shift accounts - Aussie, NZ accounts..

hindi naman talaga nawawala yung mga bad experience ng iba sa ibang mga companies.. as for me, I've been with Transcom for almost 2 years and this is the longest stint in my entire BPO life.. dami din dito na more than 3-5 years na sa Transcom..

anyway, the decision is your to make naman..

ako pinili ko day shift weekends off 

so far satisfied naman ako. 4 years na ko dito. pabor din kasi im 30W preggie

di soaring high ang sweldo tulad sa iba pero may naitatabi naman ako pang savings.

libre carpark (oh yeah!)

madaming incentives (pipili ka kung ano gusto mo either grocery, gc, etc.)

magaan ang work load (nakakatulog ako - yes, alam ko bawal pero natutulog at nagbabrowse ako pag tapos nako magtrabaho)

call at email ako pero super avail at dalang ng email

may early retirement 5 years

at kung ano ano pang small tokens at incentive

the company i work for now is aussie dayshift, mon-fri, 6.30am to 3.30pm may mga openings for CSR, and writers that start at 22k a month. meron din for web developers that start higher malamang but i don't know how much. yun nga lang this is not a gigantic company -- less than 50 people lang kami in Manila; the other office in Sydney just has 15 yata. walang retirement plan for now kasi this is a bit new pero bakasyon ang Christmas WEEK and New Year so you can enjoy your yearend with family
