Yes. You just need to have the right skill set for it. Usually Australian accounts are fixed dayshift. We have one in MOA.

The salary of day shift call centers depends on the company and your experience. I know it can go up as much as 25,000k if you're a veteran. Shift hours are usually from 8 am - 6pm, just like any regular day job, and clients are typically Australian. Benefits also vary from company to company but you should be provided for the basics (SSS, Philhealth, etc).

I have a baby kasi and I'd rather opt for a dayshift sched. Better if it is NON voice. ... any suggestions mga sis? Pasay-Makati area sana. Thanks!

I agree much on this, Sis. Aussies and Kiwis are nicer than americans. though im handling a US account as of now, gusto ko pa rin talaga ng day shift because of the culture ng mga customers. mas mabait, mas nakakaintindi. Pero Hotel and Hospitality Industry naman ang hinahandle ko now and inbound Sales siya, kaya try ko muna. test the waters kung baga.

Ang pinaka irate lang na narinig ko from an Aussie when I was still employed: "this is so frustrating." Na sobrang malumanay pa, hindi pasigaw, and mga after 6 months ko pa yun sa trabaho, compared sa pinakaunang call center ko dati na namura kagad ako on my first day haha isa pang napansin ko sa mga Aussies, sobrang apologetic nila. Dati kasi I work for an aussie airline tapos kami yung nagtatawag sa mga customers na nadedelay yung flight tapos usually eh di nila nasasagot on the first call so tatawag ulit ako, pag nasagot na nila, sila pa magsosorry saken kasi daw di nila nasagot na kanina. Overall, mababait talaga sila no doubt hehe
