Exactly my thoughts!!!

Dear Boss - you would always find fault with the members of the team.
You seem to watch every single thing we do and find the slightest error so that you have something to point out during group meetings. Believe me dear boss, we are petrified of making the smallest of mistake since we know how you and some members of middle management would react. However, the more you pressure us to perform well, the more we are prone to flub due to stress. We are not perfect, we need guidance, not constant nagging reminder. While I thought that I would stay in this company until retirement, you made me decide that its time to move out and be less stress free.

But today, I swear, wala ka talaga pagbabago.

alam mo friend, di nakakatuwa na kwento ka ng kwento about your sisters, lalo na puro pabebe kwento mo...no wonder single kayo lahat na magkakapatid, ang aarte nyo kasi based sa mga kwento mo...di mo ba pansin na pangiti-ngiti na lang kami pag nagstart ka na magkwento about them at about sa sarili mo...get a life sister, wag yun ganyan...

Dear new boss - you're such a power tripper.

Edit:
You're not just a power tripper, you nit pick on things that are not relevant by going over emails you are not even copied on.  Stop micromanaging us.

You know what dear boss, you do not need a costume this coming Halloween, you are sneaky a witch, a vampire who suck the life out of us, a monster that people fear, and a devious she-devil all rolled into one.
