Dear Boss - you would always find fault with the members of the team.
You seem to watch every single thing we do and find the slightest error so that you have something to point out during group meetings. Believe me dear boss, we are petrified of making the smallest of mistake since we know how you and some members of middle management would react. However, the more you pressure us to perform well, the more we are prone to flub due to stress. We are not perfect, we need guidance, not constant nagging reminder. While I thought that I would stay in this company until retirement, you made me decide that its time to move out and be less stress free.

To my manager and HR, my compensation is way way lower than those tamad na tamad na mga tao! I've done so much for the company and yet i am the lowest compensated employee! I am really disappointed!!!

Dear Boss 1 and 2

You are actually not listening. Stop defending your favorite.
Why do you question my suggestion without first investigating on your end to prove that your favorite is not flexing enough muscle to get the work done?
If you push me like this - I will point out who these people are, I have proof which you fail to see even if its already out  in the open, you just have to look for yourselves.

Edit:
Boss 1 - I think you should double up as a lawyer as well. The way you defended you favorite was flawless. 
Boss#2 - I do not even know  on how to start, you sympathized with you fave no end.
Officemate - may kasabihan "bato-bato sa langit, tamaan huwag magalit." Now if you reacted differently to that email which I sent to our team, maybe there is some truth to it, don't you think? You owe me no explanation even if I was the one who voiced out the issue, explain to the team, not just to me.
