sis un birth certificate ko eh makati rizal... ilang beses na ko nakapag renew ng passport so i think ok lang naman....

Thanks sis! I verify with my mom's birth cert. Rizal nga ang nakalagay. Nacompare ko kasi agad sa passport ko na Pasay MM. I'm so relieved, hehe Wala na pala dapat ipaayos.

@iamtsina sis, pag renewal alam ko di na talaga kelangan. kasi diba pag first time ka nag apply, magpapasa ka ng nso birth cert sa kanila? kumbaga may kopya na sila ng birth cert mo.

^punta ka pampanga sis, sa Robinsons San Fernando no need for schedule if urgent ang pagpaparenew mo ng passport or sa Marquee Mall Mag bus lang naman from cubao mabilis lang din

I recently got married, I renewed my passport for incoming travel. Dahil wala pa kopya sa marriage cert namin sa NSO, pumunta pa ko sa City hall para kumuha ng Certified true copy, then pumunta kami sa NSO para papirmahan bago pa pumunta sa DFA to renew my passport.

Nakakainis kasi ang bagal ng process ng NSO pagdating sa papers. Imagine kasal na kami for 2 mos nun, pero wala pa ang papers sa NSO?

Good thing pagdating sa DFA (Aseana) mabilis lang. My sched is 4:30pm pero nandun na dapat 30mins ahead of sched. So pagdating ko dun ng 4pm pinapila na ko agad para icheck yung mga docs tas bayad sa cashier. Naghintay ng mga 10mins (buti na lang kasi nakapag ayos pa ko para sa picture picture) then interview and picture na. In less than 20mins natapos ako sa passport renewal. yey!

i will renew my passport sa megamall on the 10th. sana mabilis lang ako matapos.

Renewed my passport at SM Megamall on the afternoon of Jan2. Entire procedure took 3 hrs! Ok na sana lahat, only that the waiting area at the processing area doesn't have enough chairs. People were sitting on the floor. My mom had hers via the courtesy lane last Dec only to have the release delayed due to machine breakdown (again).

Had mine rush processed cos I'm supposed to attend my lolo's memorial service on the 18th in SFO. Sana true yung 11 na release.

Nothing was asked of me at the processing counter except for the photocopy of the expired passport.

Mabilis lang renewal sa main office ng DFA at Aseana. Hubby renewed his today. His appointment was at 9AM and by 10AM he texted me asking which delivery service he should get to have his passport delivered. One hour lang lumalabas yung processing same as my experience when I had my passport renewed last 2011. Best talaga to always get the first slot in the morning.

will renew mine sa galleria before the end of this month. pag ba 11am, sakto talaga i-process ka na nila or pipila ka pa rin pagpasok mo ng 11am appointment time? they won't let you in ba if you arrive a little bit earlier?

sana walang hassle. naalala ko kapatid ko dati, sked nya ata 1 or 2pm, natapos sya halos past 5pm na. sa dfa main pa ata yun.

@mama_squeak- oo, better talaga at the main office. I just tried getting it at the mall but never again. I got my youngest daughter's passport at macapagal 2yrs ago, took an hour and a half only. So next year when my 3 other kids renew, no way am I bringing them anywhere except at DFA main.

Kami naman nagpa sched sa last week of january, sana mabilis lang. Ano dapat suotin namin, with collar ba para sa picture or kahit ano lang?

^no need ng mag-collar sis. for me, mejo pumangit system ng dfa wrt passport pic, dati kc need may collar which is ok for me at least formal pics natin when presented to other country's IO our passports. ngayon kc is no need ng may collar sa pic. nakakatuwa nga mga nakasabay ko, as in with tie pa yung iba and marami pa rin ang mga may collar talaga suot nila.

nagrenew ako kanina sa sm megamall. 10:30am ang appointment ko. ok naman, mabilis din. it just took me an hour to finish the process, yung mga may appointment ng 10, 10:30 and 11 ang mga unang pinapasok. original and photocopy lang din ng old passport ang kinuha sa akin. kaso dahil nga sa sira ang mga machines nila, delayed ang release. sa katapusan pa makukuha.

naalala ko pala nung magpaparenew ako ng passport, may sumalubong sakin na mga babae dun sa Jetti gasoline station, sabi nya sakin bawal daw naka-tsinelas. Super worried ako kasi nakatsinelas lang ako. Nag o-offer sila ng close shoes pero di ko pinansin, inisip ko na lang na saka ko na lang sya babalikan pag di talaga ko pinapasok. Buti na lang pinapasok ako.. di naman pala mahigpit sa loob.
