I think @geishaslut refers to the card expiry which expires after 3 years, not the account.

Punta ka lang sa Unionbank to apply for a replacement card.

BTW, you do not have to request for a replacement IF you simply using the card for ATM withdrawals. It'll still work with ATM withdrawals kahit expired. But if you'll use the card for online purchases and/or swiping, then yes, replace it.

may 2nd thread pala sa Eon, di ko na-check kanina.. re-post ka na lang dito yun naging prob ko..

hay naku.. high blood ako kanina sa Eon ko!! may gumamit ng account ko and purchased something online, P6,000 din nawala sakin. I called their CS and I emailed them already regarding sa details nun transaction. There were 2 purchases made online today, both purchases has to do something with game console.. ayoko na gamitin to.. Pwede kaya na-hack account ko? nagamit ko na kasi eon ko to pay for orders sa shakeys, red ribbon and sa iba pa.. Nagtataka lang ako bat ngayon lang sakin nangyari to.. I didn't have it blocked kasi kung ipapa-block ko raw di ko na ma-access online banking eh nandun transaction history baka mawala bigla, pero meron pa rin ako screenshot. Winithdraw ko na lang natirang money dun. I will not have my eon account blocked, kapag natapos na investigation saka na-dispute sako ka papa-cut yun account or I'll request for a new card number na lang. Ginagamit ko kasi to for work.

Btw, naka-link eon ko sa paypal pero I checked paypal wala naman record ng transaction kaya ang nangyari talaga ginamit card number ko directly to purchase something online.. hayyysss

I also have a problem sa EON linked sa Paypal. Last Wed. nag transfer ako ng money to my Eon from Paypal. Then nung nag withdraw ako using BPI ATM yesterday, kulang ng 300 ang pera. Bale nakalagay sa paypal na ang total money to eon at nadeduct na ang paypal fees e 3500. Pag withdraw ko, 3200 na lang ang laman ng eon. sobrang tagal na ng eon card ko na mag expire na nga pero ngayon ko lang na encounter to na may bawas na 300.

tama si sis reb_woods072683, di kaya annual fee yun alam ko deduct nila yun or else verify mo na lang sa customer service ng eon (union bank). Nakaregistred ka ba sa eon cyber account?  try mo maverify mo naman un yun transaction mo sis.

Kaso naisip ko diba 350 php ang annual fee? Pero baka nga 300 lang binawas sayo. Check sa transaction details mo sis if may online acct ka sa eon.

Anyone knows ano number ng CS ng EON? Nakalimutan ko kasi transaction pw ko eh. Nag email ako wala namang nag reply.

I just got my EON card this afternoon after applying online yesterday. It took me an hour to process everything and it's really good that the card has been issued right away.

I tried to add the card to my Paypal account but it seems it isn't permitted yet. So I go to Unionbank's website and enrolled for online banking. Based on what I read, it'll take 2 days pa for me to be able to access my account online. After this kaya, posible nang ma-link 'yung EON ko to Paypal?

Kung gaano kasama experience ko at the UnionBank Cainta Imelda Ave. branch (http://www.femalenetwork.com/girltalk/index.php/topic,269927.msg7387117.html#msg7387117), ganun kaganda experience ko at the UnionBank Plaza branch.

Gave them my card for renewal, a xerox of my IDs, and that was it, no questions asked! Didn't even ask me where I originally opened my account. After 5 days, my card was already available, and I was able to update my online account immediately. Galeng.

^Sis, if your card is expired, there is no fee. Otherwise, it's P150.

I just got my EON card today, bakit sabi sakin ng teller after seven days ko pa daw pwede i link sa paypal ko, why kaya? need ba talaga na may balance na sya before i link sa paypal. kasi ang dala ko lang na money kanina 500, 350 is suppose to be the annual fee, tapos kelangan ko daw may balance na at least 200 para makapag link sa paypal. dineposit ko na lang yung 150 na sobra ko sa 500, kaya ko sobra pa yung dala ko money

^ may laman na at least P200 yung EON account mo? Yun din ang primary cause ng rejection.

Pero tama, pwede ang CC pang verify.

Hi! ask ko lang yung paypal ko kasi verified na siya before sa CC ko, pero mag a add ako ng EON, need ba talaga na may balance na 200 yung EON ko? ulit ba yung procedure with verification pag mag aadd ng bank? Thank you

^If your PayPal is already verified, no need to have it re-verified using your UnionBank EON card. Just add your UnionBank EON account on your profile.

You also might as well deposit money into your EON account. Withdraw ka na rin, to be doubly sure. That activity will be sort of like proof to PayPal that the account is active.

Warning pala, PayPal is having issues with adding bank accounts. You might get the error "you cannot add a bank at this time." I had to call them pa on their US number to have it fixed.

^I sent them a few emails and had not gotten a reply after a week. Nainip ako -- wanted to withdraw funds already -- so I called. Also, when I researched the "you cannot add a bank at this time" PayPal error on Google, those who encountered the same problem were only able to solve it when they called PayPal support.

---Update: na add ko na ang EON ko sa Paypal, ang bilis successful, pwede na daw ako mag transfer ng fund to this account. Siguro dahil verified na rin ang Paypal ko.

Inquire lang ako if alam nyo ang sagot sa question ko. Done na ko sa renewal ng eon card ko. nakuha ko na today yung bagong card. Last 3 years pa naka-linked sa paypal account ko yun. Ngayon na nagparenew ba ko ng card may need ba ko baguhin sa paypal details nya? need ko ba ire-link? thanks in advance sa answer
