^^standard verified and card verified na yung eon ko sa stp. Nakapagtest withdrawal na rin ako from sto to eon. Inabot nga lang ng 9 business days yung withdrawal ko.

^ If may means ka, try mo muna tawagan yung branch, kasi gaya sakin noon, may sms na ready for pick up na nga raw. Pero bumalik pa din ako, i dont know kung anong naging problema nung bank officer kasi kesyo bago pa lang daw kasi sa kanila yung eon kaya parang hindi nya pa alam ang gagawin, may mga papers din akong pinirmahan pa.

mga sis ilang digits ba usually pag nagwithdraw sa eon atm? tagal ko na kasi di nakakapagwithdraw eh ang alam ko 6 digits. nung nagpa withdraw ako wrong pin daw tapos 4 digits wrong pin din

sana mafigure out mo ang 4 digit pin mo. sa akin pare-pareho ang pin ko ng mga cards, except yung ginagamit kong atm sa emergency fund.

sure akong 4 digits. marami akong hawak na ATM, iisa lang ang 6 digit ATM ko - yung sa metrobank.

dito sis wala ata but sa member ako ng group na buy/sell/trade ng funds specially sa mga hyip. nag exchange kasi ako dun ng pp fund ko kaso eon ang payment nya. pare pareho lang din ang pin ko eh 2 atm cards lang ako kaya nagtataka ako bat ganun. hirap ata  pag hindi ikaw ang nagwiwithdraw

Hello, I seem to be having trouble linking my eon to paypal. I have successfully created my
paypal account pero wala pang naka link na card. Ito yung error message na lumalabas:

This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why
your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department.
Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card.

May naka encounter na ba nito mga sis? Tatawag din ako sa Unionbank tomorrow to ask
about it. I just received my confirmation email from Unionbank earlier this morning hindi kaya
may kinalaman yun napansin ko kasi madaming reklamo sa online banking ng Unionbank and
honestly medyo magulo nga nung gumawa ako ng online accnt and nag enroll ng card ko...

Nababasa ko kasi dito marami din na-confuse abt the card and account number. Tama
ba pagka intindi ko pag lilink pa lang we use the card number, pag ive-verify dun na
gagamitin yung accnt #? tia

^---I didn't have any issues with mine...

1.  Log in on your PayPal account
2.  Go to Profile > Add/Edit bank account
3.  Fill up the form (Name on PayPal account MUST be exactly the same at your bank account)
4.  Use your Account number (I think it's different from the card number)

That's it.  After a few days you'll see on your PayPal that the bank is already added.

I received an email from Paypal last night they were unable to verify the 3 digit verification # for
my card, nakakapagtaka, tama naman nilagay ko so I  thought yun lang pala problem...

I called customer service and they said may restrictions daw sa card ko. Pang debit lang
daw and card ko for purchases. Huh? Naconfuse ako eh diba debit card nga ang Eon Visa? I should go
to my branch para ma-lift daw. Eh nung nag apply ako I specifically said gagamitin ko sa paypal tsk tsk
nakakainis lang pupunta nanaman ako when I clearly stated that I'm getting one for Paypal.
Tsaka affiliate nila si Paypal why put restrictions sa EON card? Labo lang.

Ayun I ended up using my CC kahit ayaw ko talaga, kelangan lang kasi I need to pay
online eh hinahabol yung shipping date. Anyways, hay kakainit lang ng ulo yung dahilan I'm
going to my branch tomorrow...

^ may laman na at least P200 yung EON account mo? Yun din ang primary cause ng rejection.

Pero tama, pwede ang CC pang verify.

EON is used mostly for withdrawing your PayPal fund.  Don't fret on using your CC to verify your account.  Walang issue jan.  Pwede mo pa rin i-add ang EON card mo sa banks mo on your PayPal ang withdraw your PayPal fund there.  Walang extra charges from EON for this.

purchase pero di ko naman nagamit...

tama si @jmeanjeL, walang issue kung CC ang ginamit. go with her suggestion of adding your EON account as a bank account to withdraw your paypal funds later.

buying pala... akala ko getting paid thru PP... hindi ko pa na-try na bumili ng item online, pay thru PP na ang link ay Debit Card

i always thought that you can only purchase online via PP, if (1) PP will get fund from PP available fund or (2) PP will get fund from CC

so bukod sa naka-link siya as debit card gagawin ko sana ilink din as bank account di ko nga
lang tinuloy nung di na tinaggap yung eon card. 

Ang pagkaintindi ko kasi sa Unionbank eon card ay debit card and bank accnt in 1. Hmm tatanungin ko nalang din pag nakapunta na ako this week yung branch ko kasi hanggang 3pm lang di ako umabot ask ko narin to pag pinaayos ko yung restrictions...

Nope di pwede sa mga Paypal Philippines account. Yung nabasa mo applicable malamang sa Paypal accounts para sa ibang countries tulad ng US.

Ang pinakamalapit lang na pwede mong gawin is maglink ng CC or debit card. Kung walang laman ang Paypal mo saka lang icha-charge sa CC or debit card yung online purchases mo.

works only for PayPal with US address at US bank account.  doesn't work for Philippine banks.  PP will get your fund either from Available (payments to you) or from CC linked to your PP account.

I applied online for this debit card. 2 ids lang which is company id and nbi. Ok naman ang pagkuha at 30 minutes lang nakuha ko na yung card.

Sabi ni kuya na teller,need daw muna malink yung account ko online before malink sa paypal. Ganon ba talaga?

The teller is right.

Kasi kailangan mo ang 4-digit EXPUSE code to verify your Paypal account. {inopost ito ng bangko sa internet banking account, so it becomes very convenient for you to get that code - rather than calling their hotline.
