Flew Manila-Cebu-Manila first week of april through Tigerairways/Seair and all I can say was that it was superb! The plane was on-time, check-in was quick and the plane isn't so crowded at all. My family and I were first-timers in this airlines and we were surprised with the commendable experience

last saturday morning naman, our flight to iloilo got delayed for 2.5 hours! sobrang daming good vibes ata ang dala namin kaya kinaya namin maging kalmado lang
pero our flight back to manila was even earlier than schedule kaya win na win naman hehe.

traveled to Laoag via Tiger/Seair din last week. It was my second time with them. Delayed ng 2hours ang flight, medyo nakakainis pero okay nadin at least hindi na-cancel. My first flight with them sa PPS was on time. May kanya kanyang topak din siguro lahat airline hehe

how will you know if your booking with tigerair/seair is already inclusive of terminal fees?

all domestic bookings are inclusiv of terminal fee na.


flew with them via clark, ok naman experience kaso parang hindi lang comfortable.

Our flight to Davao got rescheduled because of technical problems according to Tigerairways. We were just asked to reschedule our flights to date/time that we want. We were able to resched naman and customer service was apologetic and helpful.

^you can check your flight details sis through their website, just go to "manage my booking". Sometimes they do change the sched of your flight so just to be sure, always check your bookings. If your flight is rescheduled more than 4 hours from your original schedule, you can call them up and ask them for a change of schedule or cancellation without additional cost

thank you sis. napa-check nga tuloy ako. so far, confirmed pa naman yung flight namin. mejo marami kase kami. mejo ayaw ko lang sa tiger, yung baggage. for example gusto mo magpa-dagdag walang option online, kelangan mo pa talaga tumawag.

Just did a random check lang sa credit card ko, na-refund yung binayad kong tickets for tigers i didn't received any email na canceled yung flight namin, although september pa naman to Davao yun. Ayun pag tawag ko, canceled nga daw. Ang ni-reason sakin ng agent is:

"Maam, your flight was cancelled because it is affected by flight suspension by network review"

puro yan lang sabi nya

Ay bat ganun sis? Through travel agency ka ba? Nung na-cancel kase yng flight namin, we were automatically rescheduled to the next available flight. And in the email they sent me, it says I still have the option to change the flight sched they gave me or refund.
