binder or girdle after pregnancy, effective ba talaga to?

bought wink in preparation for postpartum when i give birth 3 to 4 weeks from now..isa lang binili ko medyo expensive kasi. Pero meron rin yun pigeon and mukhang maganda though same price din as wink around 4k plus..

Mahal pala ng girdle... Pwede ba mag girdle kahit normal delivery?  May nabasa ako di daw safe ang waist trainning pag mysado mahigpit it can cause fracture sa ribs.

Is this needed for a CS delivery only? And will this be provided in MMC. Will be giving birth there with a possibility of CS due to low lying placenta. So I can cross this off in my to buy list.

^ OB immediately put me on binder right after CS. maganda yung ginamit nila, i think i posted the brand here before.  BUT, you have to have another one on hand otherwise, slightly bloodied ang binder until you get home. medyo icky.

compared sa wink, mas type ko pa nga yung galing sa hospital. better compression. but since im back to work, nagshift na ko sa wink. medyo makapal kasi yung sa hosp.

sa mothercare sis sa mga malls meron eh check their branches na lang sa net. bought mine sa rob manila mothercare branch. Meron din online sa urbanessentials.com.ph pero mas ok sa physical store kasi masusukatan ka and matatanong mo agad yun SA for any other concerns makakapili ka pa ng styles. Got the belt type lang ayoko nun may pundillo ba yun para pwede pa rin gamitin everyday kasi yun may pundillo syempre icky gamitin parang undies na sya..Pero bibili pa ako ng isa kapag naliitan ko na ito if ever tsaka para may pang alternate din. Thinking about getting the pigeon naman.

yun mga friends ko na normal d. sis they still used kasi nakakatulong para mabilis babalik figure mo and para rin sa internal organs para hindi sila kakalog- kalog sa loob after kasi feeling super luwang daw sa loob after lumabas ni baby. Hindi nila maexplain parang ganun daw lol. Siguro masama lang sya kapag done excessively like bumalik ka na sa dating figure pero gusto mo pa lumiit bewang or kung biglang mahigpit agad yun adjustment..

yes sis bought mine when i was about 32 weeks na. They will base your size sa waistline mo pre- preggy..may computation sila dun e hindi ko na matandaan nga lang. you can check urbanessentials.com.ph may size chart sila

worried ako sa nabili kong binder, feeling ko sobrang sikip. I'm still pregnant pa kase so tantyahan lang pag-pili ng size. Effective ang binder pag CS. 😁

I'm just wandering, effective pa ba kaya magbinder 3 months after giving birth.  I gave birth last April and I used the binder for a few days only and during daytime lang kasi sobrang init last summer.  Now na mejo lumamiglamig na, I planned of using the binder again.

I started wearing mine 3 days after giving birth. 2 weeks pa lang and lumiit na tummy ko (sabi ng mama ko) haha so maniniwala ako sa kanya kasi nanay ko sya hahaha

I haven't used a girdle kasi natatakot akong baka di makalabas ng maayos yung blood.  Correct me if I'm wrong sisses

^ If you have a c-section, you will need to wear binder after.  It will not affect you negatively in any way.

How's Wink's belly and hip shaper? Hindi ba talaga nagra-ride up when sitting down?

Gave birth a week ago and I'm choosing between the belly and hip shaper or the ultimate bikini. Kaya lang nagdadalawang isip ako sa presyo ng latter kaya I might go for belly and hip shaper since it's cheaper.

O kaya, I might just purchase yung Dale abdominal binder.

Hi mga sis, mag 6 months post partum na ako and I haven't tried using binder or girdle. I have one as a gift kaso masikip siya so di ko na rin nagamit. Effective pa ba siya if gagamit ulit ako ngayon? Thank you!
