binder or girdle after pregnancy, effective ba talaga to?

It's really important to wear a binder if CS.  I started wearing it when I was at home na kasi I thought I can just use my maternity belt.  My tummy is almost back to my pre pregnancy weight.

NSD ako..  Binder muna for a month,  Mahirap mag girgle if may tahi / sugat ka down there.  Nung nag heal na,  after a month,  tsaka naman ako nag girdle. Now,  i can wear my pre pregnancy clothes na,   Especially mga pants para daw akong hindi nanganak. 7 months na si baby.  Hindi ako nag diet and nag gym.  Breastfeeding help me loose weight also.

Hello, I'm due in September. Came across this thread and yes I am thankful that I was able to know the impt of wearing girdle or binder postpartum. Just want to ask a couple of questions lang: 1. Do you need to wear it right after giving birth? 2. For girdles, do you have to wear a panty underneath? (I'm curious lang how about if you need to go wiwi, how do you remove it?) 3. How many pieces do you suggest I need to buy for girdles? Salamat po sa sasagot.

If nsd ka,  you can wear binder pag uwi from hospital.  If cs naka binder na agad.  I still wear undies pag naka girdle ako.  Mahirap talaga itaas baba ang girdle kaya for me mas ok na let your wounds heal muna before wearing it.  ( wink shapewear girdle may opening sa baba,  kaso its around 4k)

2weeks post partum..using binder now.. Sana effective para di saggy ang tummy. Hehe. Pag tinatanggal ko girdle mukha naman ng flat tyan ko kapag nakastomach in ako. Haha. Though dati naman na talaga ko may bilbil. Sana talaga magfirm ulit tummy ko kasi ang pangit ng saggy ang skin sa tyan huhuhu

I think so. I haven't personally tried it though, but will try once I give birth. Mommies in my place use it as in, pagkapanganak talaga, and sa mga nakikita ko, super effective sa kanila, just not sure if it's with their genes or if it's the effect of the binder/girdle.

But I will definitely try it out, lahat ng means para sexy ulit.
