binder or girdle after pregnancy, effective ba talaga to?

^sis, i used this for my first child. binili ng mum ko sa palengke sa pampanga. eto yung girdle na may multiple lock {same lock used on bras}. Super higpit grabe pero the result was amazing.

I bought a training corset from ebay hk, a year before my wedding last 2014. My waistline went from 34 inches to 26 inches. Naloka ang couturier ko dahil naka-ilang re-pattern sya ng dress ko Mga 12 hours a day ko sya suot. Sana effective rin after pregnancy.

I read this is also what Jessica Alba did to get back in shape after having kids ito rin ata ginamit ng one of the Kardashian sisters? I just forgot who.

Pag CS, kailangan talaga ng maternity belt otherwise masakit kumilos.  Even after 3 weeks masakit pa rin talaga.

^You're welcome sis usually pag nasa bahay suot ko sya lagi dati hanggang matulog. mga 8-12 hours? I always put it sa labas ng top ko para hindi pawisan ang corset. nagpapatulong ako from another person na sikipan ang strings sa likod. Think kate winslet corset scene sa titanic O_o

These past few days, I'm considering buying a binder/post-partum girdle na since may chance na ma-CS ako (placenta previa). Worth it ba talaga yung pricey ones (Wink, Belly Bandit...) or can you recommend a brand na okay lang ang price but does the job well?

Mabilis nga naman ang pag "shrink" ng tummy ko. Pati belly button pumasok ulit ng maayos. I dont know what brand ito, but it came from MMC din.

Yup. So far it does the work. Namention ko din kay OB na i want to buy from Wink. Ang sabi nya, "your binder (from MMC) is as good as that. It's also as expensive. Check your bill."  I checked nga, aba oo nga. Kasing mahal nga ng wink.

Edit: i checked the brand. It's Dale abdominal binder. You may google how it looks like.

Hi mga sis. Hindi Ko pa kasi alam Kung ano dapat Ko gamitin after delivery if binder or girdle. Planning to buy one each para sure. Hehe. Any brand po na maganda sana but not that sooo expensive. TIA!
