Sobrang disappointed naman ako sa pagibig fund, i called them this morning and hindi parin naconsolidate ang records ko eh September 2012 pa ako nagpunta sa office nila para magfile. More than six months na hindi parin naayos. Ano ba yan.

^ Yes. Pwedeng mag loan ng cash. It's called PAGIBIG Multipurpose Loan or MPL.

Your hubby should talk with your employer to arrange this loan, or if he is directly paying Pagibig, talk to Pagibig on how to avail this loan.

i went to pag ibig today to change my status from employed to individual payor. ang sabi punta daw ako sa
sa branch ko and apply online, print the form tapos attach daw a proof of my income. eh wala nga akong work
d ba? ang sabi d daw ako papayagan na magchange ng status kung wala daw ako proof ng source ng funds ko.
i mean it doesn't make sense. sabi nung babae kahit allowance from my parents dapat may certificate daw
ako and notarised na yun daw ang source of income ko. imbyerna talaga ako.

as per my employer, bago na daw ang process ng MPL (multi-purpose loan) ng pag-ibig ngayon. the employer will sign the form, tapos the employee will bring the form personally to the pag-ibig office where they have their records with the current employer. tapos may cash card na ibibigay, hindi na cheque.

@freeswan,

Wow! They are That strict na?

Nagchange ako ng status noon - around five years ago. From employed to individual payor. Walang proof ng source of income ang hiningi sa akin. But if they ask naman, I don't think will not be a problem sa akin - bank statements ang ipapakita ko.

@babyboo,

Ang hassle naman yan. Not all employers (especially big ones) like to have their employees go out during their work time to process their loans. Kaya nga naghire sila ng accountants/bookkeepers nila eh - they are the ones doing the legwork.

But on smaller offices, yeah, madalas employees na rin mismo ang gumagawa ng legwork sa mga PAGIBIG, BIR, and SSS matters.

But I like the cash card system. Better than the check. Iintayin na lang kasi ang funds na macredit sa ATM. Yung check kasi kailangan pang pumunta (at pumila) pa sa bangko to deposit or encash.

Hi po,

Pano po kung ang loan amount mo is worth 2 million, then yung current salary mo is 60k per month. Kaya lang yung contribution mo sa pagibig is just 200/month lang? Pwede kaya yun?

Pasok naman yung salary bracket ko para maka loan ng 2 million kaya lang yung monthly contribution ko ay hindi. Paano po kaya pag ganun?

Thanks!

Before daw kasi, the people from the office ang naglalakad nun. But now, that is the term na of HDMF. I guess because of the cash card thing. So wala kaming magawa with that but sumunod. I work for a big company na sanay kami HR ang nagpprocess ng mga ganito, ang hassle na now.

But yeah, I agree with the cash card. Maganda nga siyang idea.

i also changed my status last year from employed to individual payor and they didn't ask any proof from me.. basta tinanong lang ako kung may source of income daw ako.. nag yes lang ako pero wala ng proof pa..

anyways, does anybody know kung kelan last day of payment ng monthly contri? does it have to be every end of the month or like SSS na 10th day of the following month? tia!
