Hi mga sis! pasali sa topic...   :)

Kung dati you have to pay off the lot then avail of Pagibig loan for the contruction of the house, ngayon daw pwede ng combined, so hindi kailangan na paid in full ang lot, pwede ng magloan ka for the price of the lot and kung magkano ang gagastusin sa pagpapagawa ng bahay.

HOUSING LOAN AVAILMENT

This housing loan program grants opportunities to Pag-IBIG Fund members to avail of housing loans to finance any one or a combination of the following:

1. Purchase of a fully developed lot not exceeding 1,000 square meters, which should be within a residential area;

2. Purchase of a residential house and lot, townhouse or condominium unit, inclusive of a parking slot, which may be:
    * Old or brand new;
    * A property mortgaged with the Fund; or
    * An acquired asset, which is disposed of through sealed public bidding, negotiated sale, the Rent-  to-Own Program, or the “Magaang Pabahay, Disenteng Buhay” Program.

3. Construction or completion of a residential unit on a lot owned by the member;

4. Home improvement, i.e. any alteration in an existing residential unit intended by a homeowner to be a permanent integral part thereof, which will enhance its durability and material value;

5. Refinancing of an existing mortgage with an institution acceptable to the Fund, provided that:
The loan is not in default within 12 months prior to the date of application;
The said loan has a repayment history of at least two (2) years with the original mortgagee

6. Combination of loan purposes, which shall be limited to the following:
    * Purchase of a fully developed lot not exceeding 1,000 square meters and construction of a residential unit thereon;
    * Purchase of a residential unit, whether old or new, with home improvement;
    * Refinancing of an existing mortgage with home improvement;
    * Refinancing of an existing mortgage, specifically a lot loan, with construction of a residential unit thereon.

yung 6.1 yung tinutukoy ko... and ask ko lang din, ano ba yung dapat namin gawin... as in yung first step if we want to take advantage of Pagibig Housing loan.

Question sisters,

I resigned from my job last May and since then voluntary na mga contributions (sss, philhealth) ko. But hindi ko natuloy ang PAGIBIG kasi I have to go pa to their office to change my status. My question is, pwede ko bang bayaran from MAY to December na yung contributions ko then eventually mag apply ako for personal loan? Nakalagay kasi dapat active contributions, though naka 24 months ++ na ko.

How long do they process it kaya? Thanks.

makikisali po sa thread.. ahmm.. may tanong lang ako about "lump sum". sabi nila pag may patlang ka, let say nanganak ka, so may patlang na 2 months sa contribution.. dun ulit magsstart ng counting.. 10 years daw kasi pede ilump sum eh.. pano yung contribution mo bago ka nanganak? makukuha pa ba yun? di ko kasi magets eh.. pano kung 8 years na ko nagcocontribute tapos bigla ako nabuntis at nanagnak. tapos di ako nakabayd ng 2 months. then back to zero ulit, then after 10 years from after giving birth gusto ko na ilump sum makukuha ko pa ba yung last 8 years na nacontribute ko nung di pa ko nabubuntis? o kanila na yun?

hi mga sis, quick question, currently may outstanding loan ako sa pag-ibig. nagresign ako (hanggang end of sept na lang ako magwowork), paano ko babayaran yung loans ko at puwede bang i-fully paid na? hassle kasi kung monthly babayaran.. kasi ngayon eh salary deductions pa yun.. and how much yung contribution na ihuhulog ko sa pag-ibig ngayong di na ako employed? magbi-business na lang kasi kami ni hubby.. TIA :)

mag sis help,

i got my check today and the voucher stated that i have previous loan balance...tapos yung total number of installment paid is just 19...im assuming 19months..so im lacking 5months of payment thats why i have a previous loan balance...but as far as i can remember i have cleared my loan with pagibig october 2011. 2months before i tendered my resignation with my previous employer. i made sure i am cleared of anything...

i have sent an email to pagibig inquiring if they can send me a copy of my payment with the correspinding payment date. so i can show this to my previous employer. or the voucher can suffice as a proof that maybe my previouis employer might have overlook the missing 5months.

kakainis...hassle..di ko alam kung pagibig ba or yung previous employer ko..baka kasi late post lang eh super over late naman sila kasi hellow mag one year ng lapse

^ baka di agad niremit ng employer mo yung missing 5-month contribution mo. usually that's the case, and not pagibig having the backlog. check with your employer again. maluwag ang pagibig when it comes to collecting contributions and loan payments from employers - mas matagal ang deadlines nila.
