mga sis pa help namin. my hubby is applying for a house loan thru pagibig but he has an oustanding car loan in psbank. do you think this will affect the approval of his HL? im thinking na hindi na sya ideclare sa application form pero baka mas hindi sya maapprove kapag di nya sinama. what do you think mga sis?

Mga sis question naman ... ano pong number ang pwedeng tawagan to follow up on MPL check release? My check was supposed to be released last Sept 21 kaso nung pinuntahan ko naka-under processing pa din. Yung number nila na binigay sa akin lagi naman busy, naka-10 calls na ata ako hindi ako makaconnect. They asked me to call today kasi.

Hindi ko naman basta basta mapuntahan baka wala pa cheke nagsayang lang ako pamasahe and isa pa almost 8mos preggy na ako. Hirap na ako bumiyahe.

Hi I am a newbie, actually nagfile din po ako ng housing loan sa pagibig, last September 28, then last October 8 po may nagpunta samin to check the house, kinuha yung sukat then hiningan ako ng floor plan kasi di ko naipasa, tinanong nila yung plano ko pagawa sa bahay, mama ko na yung nagdiscuss sa kanila nung dinala yung floor plan nung October 11, then ayun they adviced me to follow up always, that time sabi nung nagCI sakin gagawan daw muna niya ng documents yun, then ipasa niya sa technical tska daw ako tatawagan for approval. Do you think how long will it takes? Matagal ba yung notice of approval na yon? excited na kasi ako thanks

^Hi. Can you share your experience sa application process? Btw, ano yung transaction mo, house renovation lang? Planning to apply for housing loan (lot + house construction) pero i need to consolidate my records pa kaya research muna for the meantime.. TIA!

mga sis ask lang ano requirements nila para ma approve yung housing loan like dapat ba nakapangalan sa akin yung lupa? may range ba ng salary na kailangan?
pede bang dalawa ang mag apply for the housing loan like mag fiancee dalawa sila?o dapat isa lang? tia...

hi im new browsing for SPA and pagibig steps brought me here... i need SPA from my sis abroad so i downloaded the form @ pag-ibig okei naman. situated at tct # .. then i stumble dun sa survey no. _________ of the registry of deeds for __________________ ...  sana anyone knows what im saying.. what do i put in there? work doesnt permit to visit pag-big ofc but i did call them dun sa member's inquiries something pero d rin nila ako masagot they keep saying andun lang daw sa TCT. am i blind? please help.

sis, I think you need to check sa Registry of Deeds office ang details na yan for the property.
Hmm, pero possible din na nakasulat sa TCT nga ang mga details, yung mga annotations.

Sisses question lang sana may makatulong sakin. ang layo kasi ng office nila sakin and whole day lagi busy yung number nila.

I registered as a new member as instructed. so kahit old member na, magakkaroon daw ng bagong id no since mag register nga daw  as a new member dahil online na. i was provided with the tracking no.and doon daw muna sa no. na yun mareremit contributions ko. according sa website after 3weeks issend yung new id no. june pa ko nag register.until now wala pa din email.try ko iopen account ko using the tracking no.hindi ko din magawa. can anybody help me? omg...

I want to pay my existing short term loan in full. What form to download and saan pwede mgbayad? Ang alam ko kasi housing loans lang ang pwede sa SM or bayad centers. Hindi ko makita sa internet.

^ settle that sa pagibig office mismo. they won't require you any form to fill out. lapitan mo doon yung mismong member services, not the cashier. they will tell you kung magkano pa ang remaining balance, and they will simply write that on a small sheet of paper. yun ang ipre-present mo sa cashier to pay the remaining due.

^ di ako taga manila so I can't point out. pero supposedly dapat i-settle mo ang loan doon sa pagibig office kung saan nandoon ang records mo. kumbaga, it's not just any pagibig office out there, but you can ask any pagibig branch kung saang branch yung mga records mo - and optionally transfer those records doon sa pagibig office na pinaka-convenient para sa iyo.

yep, pwede mo ring bayarang ang contributions sa cashier nila.

Nag-inquire ako sa Pag-Ibig kung ilang months na yung contribution ko. Sabi nila "26", starting 2010. Eh nag-start ako mag-work, 2008, at noon pa lang kinakaltasan na ako for HDMF. Naku. May way ba para ma-settle ito?

^ check with your employer noong 2008 at 2009... baka di nila nireremit?

I worked in different locations and when I planned to apply, they asked me to get updates from different Pag-ibig location. But this was 5 years ago.

need kasi iconsolidate mga hulog natin sis, transfer of records ata tawag don. i remember kasi nagpunta ako ng pagibig before para diyan, may form sila doon isusulat mo lahat ng companies na pinasukan mo then if may change of status, isubmit mo din marriage certificate mo.

As an ofw I would like to apply for pag-ibig membership. But I have a dilemma of under what name I should have it registered. Iam married but not legally separated so it might have problems when the time comes that I need to apply for a loan and may still require my husbands approval or signatures( I dont have any contact with him right now and is very uncooperative) Is it possible to register it under my maiden name?

 Please advise n aman mga sis..

^ Legally hindi pwede. you still have to use your married name.

This applies to any other transactions as well (bank, school, government offices, company, etc)

ask ko lang po what if may extra money na gusto kong ibayad sa pagibig housing loan, pwede po bang sa pinakamalapit na pagibig branch na lang magpunta? or dapat sa main office sa makati? or dapat kung san ka naka-register?
