Tsaka pano pala lalagyan? Nasa bottle na sya w/nipple or yung storage bottle lang then isang bottle lang w/nipple baunin transfer transfer na lang? Sorry 1st time kasi magbabaon sa bottle no idea talaga. Thanks.

Much better if you have a cooler. In a breastfeeding lesson I just attended, thawed breastmilk is OK for 5 to 7 hours daw. But I tell my yaya to let baby consume it within 4 hours from being thawed. Para mas safe.

I tote my breastmilk in baby's bottle na. Pero lately, since may gamit din akong fridge-to-go, may baon na lang akong bote, tapos binabaon ko na yung frozen milk in its own storage bag.

Hello mommies! Eto ako medyo umonti yung milk pero trying to build my stash with more milk. Now I am eating rolled oats and pumping more often. Working mom ako so kelangan sundin ang sked for pumping. Challenging and rewarding at the same time, knowing na baby is healthy because of breastmilk. And nakakapayat talaga :)

hello mga sis! I need ur HELP!!!  :(
I am exclusively breastfeeding my almost 3 months old baby. I an having problems sa pagtrain sa kanya to bottle feeding. She used to drink sa bottle when I gave birth kasi, mixed feeding ko pa sya for the first week upon giving birth kasi naiwan sya sa NICU. After that, direct feeding na sya.

I am a work-at-home mom, but I need her to learn to drink in the bottle kasi minsan I have to leave her sa MIL ko if may errands ako or I have to report to the office.

She used to drink sa regular-necked bottles when she was in NICU. Now, ayaw na nya. :( I also purchased a Chicco wide-necked bottle. Nung first time nya gamitin, nadede nya naman, but ngayon ayaw na. :'(

I need your help mga sis! :((

hi sisses! question po ng isang trying hard breastfeeding mom... kanina 8am, my 1 week old baby nursed sa left breast ko... i know gutom na sya kasi last feeding nya 5am pa. di na kami nakalipat sa right breast kasi nakatulog na sya, till now tulog pa sya.  ang ibig sabihin ba non na-satisfy sya? she was taking naman long deep suck as described by my lactation consultant. or is it possible na ma-overpower ng antok ang gutom nya? we started kasi sa formula kasi i thought wala pako milk. now im trying to wean her from formula. so far, nababawasan na ang formula. target ko zero formula na by next week. hayst. thanks in advance mga mommies!

better stop the formula. (i know sayang kasi medyo mahal) pero if you intend to breastfeed, kailangan mo tanggalin sa system nyo yun para ma increase din ang supply mo.

> na-satisfy ba sya? babies unlatch themselves pag na satisfy sila. that is the difference of direct breastfed babies kasi pag formula, we intend na ipaubos yung nasa bottle para di masayang (BM or formula).

>babies have their own routine eventually. when my baby was newborn, every two hours, walang palya, on the dot she will feed. lucky for me kasi alam ko na makakakilos ako while she is asleep and not feeding. matakaw sa tulog ang newborn pero pag 4 hours na di nagfeed - stimulate her and offer your boob. remove clothing or socks, tickle the feet, etc.

>right, left, both breast feeding - ideally, ma "empty" yung breast mo per feeding session para ma stimulate ang breastmilk production. pero iba iba ang mommies and babies. some babies favor one boob over the other, some mommies have lots of milk to satisfy the baby in one boob. better to burp pag nag unlatch sa one boob, kahit nakatulog na, recommended to burp kasi after ma pass out yung gas minsan, dun nila nalalaman na need pa nila mag feed.

kaya mo yan! believe that you can nourish your baby :)

thanks sis kaice.  binibigyan ko ng formula pag galit na galit na sya... konti lang... enough para pangtawid gutom, para pag nilagay ko ulit sa breast ko, di na sya galit and di na kami nag-aaway.  cup feeding ginagawa ko para di masanay sa tsupon na konting supsup lang labas agad ang milk... baka i-prefer na yun over my breast.  really wanna breastfeed this time.  failed ako kay panganay. thanks ulit sis

Good job! we can do it sis! Me too! Kumonti supply ko pero I am really determined to give breastmilk for 2 years or beyond that pa nga e! As in! Kahit abot hanggang langit ang presyo! Kebs lang!

Sure ka ba na walang weight gain? Meron yun! Hindi lang talaga sila tabain. My son is about 6.3 kg when he was 4 months old din.

btw, may question sa pagpili sa employee of the year na "how do you balance your professional-social life" kasama sa sagot ko, despite my busy sked, I was able to exclusively breastfed my 7 month old  daughter :)

Lalong oonti ang supply mo if you let yourself get stressed over lessen expressed milk. Maintain a positive attitude at dadami yan. The best remedy to increase supply is more demand from baby pa din BUT it would not hurt if we PSYCHOLOGICALLY condition ourselves, right? So for that, I drink Organic Mother's Milk Tea 3x a day, Brownies from Mommy Treats (yummy!), and 2 caps of fenugreek 3x a day. Yes, I am that desperate! Hahaha!
