thankful talaga ako may thread na ganito! almost all my friends who bottle fed, isa ang reason bakit nila ginawa yun- wala daw kasi lumalabas.

i told them sayang kasi natural lang pala na walang lumabas for first few days.

thanks sis  :) ganun din gagawin ko as of now medyo tumitigas na nga boobs ko kayalang ang sakit sakit kapag dumedede si baby and parang naiinis sya kapag walang lumalabas or mahina pero pipilitin ko talagang mag pa breastfeed.

Hi sisses, i don't know if this is the right thread. But meron ba kayong alam na breastfeeding seminars within metro manila? Due date ko is last week of november, and i'm hoping maka-attend kami ni hubby before ako mag full term. Thanks!

^hmmm... i think that the most probable reason why your supply has dipped is because of formula. breastfeeding works on a supply and demand basis kasi. the more you give formula, the lesser the demand is for your milk. do you pump regularly when you away from baby? how often do you pump? you should be expressing every 2-3 hours to up supply, if i remember correctly.

yes sis, i pump 3x when i'm in the office or at least every 3hrs. sa bahay naman, i see to it na direct feeding kami. anyway, noticed medyo dumadami na sya. i made sure kasi na talagang direct feed kami even at night. lately kasi tamad na gumising si baby para magfeed. so ginagawa ko pag gumagalaw pa lang sya ng konti offer ko na agad yung breast ko.

not sure also kung nakatulong yung sabaw with malunggay na kinain ko for several days. pansin ko din mas malakas when i had papaya with malunggay na ulam the night before.

^if you think konti Lang production ng milk mo, your baby's continuous nursing is actually helping you increase it. Try researching about side lying position. When he has his fill siya na mismo who unlatches

^ hehe! sa Robinson's yan pero parang 160 ko lang nabili yung sam in kasi may 20% off hehe!

continue direct latch lang palagi. do you pump ba? baka naman comfort nursing lang... may times talaga na ganyan. sabayan mo ng tulog para di ka ma drain. kami pag ang side lying na, ibig sabihin, sleeping time na hehe!

I feed my baby formula and breast milk. In most case, the former. She's 4 months old now and so far, she never had any health issues.

Hi Ladies, Question for those of you who direct feed at night, how many times do you still get up and feed? My baby is 5 months and we still do an average of 4 wake-ups in the course of the night for feeding, if I'm "lucky" or he's tired usually 2 times lang.

I read somewhere kasi and also some moms in the office that their babies sleep through the night.
