Hello mag sisses! Tanong ko lang, ano ang difference kapag sponsor ng company ang family visa sa sponsor lang ng husband? May offer Kasi sa hubby ko sa qatar kasama sa package yung family visa pero yung salary in total kasama na ang airfare lumalabas na 19,500 QR. ok na ba yung ganitong salary for an engineer? TiA sa sasagot.

Company sponsored means hawak ka ng company di ka pwede lumipat ng ibang company unless bigyan ka nila ng NOC-"No Objection Letter" whereas kapag under Family visa ka under husband sponsorship. you are free walang may hawak sayo na company. you can transfer to any company na gusto mo.

Good salary na yan 19,500 qar. kaya lang take into consideration mo kung may mga anak kayo, yung tuition fees ng mga kids and airfare ticket nyo yearly.

OK na yan 19,500 Qar KUNG labas dyan ang tuition fees ng kids at airfare tickets nyo annually.

Thank you po sa reply @mameejhy and ms_ldr. Sorry very late reply ko. Nasa Qatar na si  hubby, matagal mag process ng docs ang company nila kaya baka matagalan bago ako makasunod kung hihintayin ko sila. Any idea kung papano ako mag aapply ng tourist visa on my own? Im not planning to work, visit Lang talaga sana this Christmas, tapos uwi na lang ulit ako. Salamat po ulit sa  Magrereply.

All in na sa 19500 QR kasama na airfare. Tuition ng kids bale wala naman sa contract and no plans naman kami na dalhin ang mga kids. At the moment gusto ko na lang maka visit kasi Tagal na namin di nagkakasama ng asawa ko. Dati kasi akong nagwowork sa NZ kaya nun last vacation nya nasa NZ pa ko.

^sis, i dont know the step by step procedures i only have a copy of list of requirements in filling sa Qatar embassy.You need to submit: 1)visa notice 2)original passport 3)letter of invitation fr the sponsor/copy of affidavit of support/hotel booking 4)2pcs 2x2 picture white background. Hope this help.

Thank you sis. So kailangan ko talaga ng sponsor. Hindi pala sila katulad ng Ibang country na as long as may pera to travel eh puede maka apply ng tourist visa. Thanks again. Will think of other way.

^Hi kailan pa dito ang hubby mo? Kung family visit visa lang naman,mabilis din mag apply ng visa. Mother ko kasi inisponsoran ni hubby eto ang requirements:

- Application Form
- Passport copy, Qatar ID at Birth Certificate ko (Birth Certificate-stamped/notarized ng Phil Embassy at MOFA dito)
- Passport copy ni hubby/Qatar ID
- Salary letter from Company (1 address sa immigration in arabic, 1 adress sa phil embassy para sa affidavit of support application)
- Marriage Contract (actually di na eto tinignan)

Need ng sponsor pero pwede ka ring magpabili sa hubby mo ng visit visa dito may mga travel agencies naman na nagbibigay ng visa, nasa Qr600-800 yata ang 1 month visa, unlike pag si hubby mo 200 yata ang bayad sa visa. sorry makakalimutin kasi ako

mga sis, madali ba makakuha ng visit visa dyan? inquired at  Qatar Airways hanggang 7 days lang ang pwede nilang bigay at thru booking pa sa hotel na affiliated sa kanila, I need longer than 7 days. Hindi din ba mahigpit sa immigration?

^make sure you have all the required docs and debit or credit card with master/visa logo. Although nakalagay doon na no number or list, punta ka pa rin ng maaga before 8 am,the earlier the better at ilista mo name mo just ask around kung saan yung listahan. Then papipilahin kayo kapag malapit na magbukas ang embassy.

Mga sis can you recommend travel agency that has visa assistance to Qatar?

is NOC required on applying visa just in case you want to fine employment in Qatar?

baka may tip kayo on how to go Qatar in easiest way I mean hindi masisista ng immigration natin.

^sis do you have relative working here in [textspeak!]? Its much easier kasi kung meron dahil may mga agencies dito na pwede magprocess but you should have invitation letter coming from them. It depends also kung anung reason ng pagpunta mo dito. If you're planning to work here, business visa ang usually na inaalok ng agencies. Good for 3months yun. Medyo mahal at risky din kasi mahirap ang immigration sa Pinas. Kapag visit lang, pwede na ang tourist visa good for 1month na yun. Need mo makaexit before 30days.

You're correct sis. That why I advise her na kapag VISIT lang ng pakay nya, pwede na ang Tourist Visa. Pero kapag work naman, Business visa since wala cyang kamag anak na pwedeng mag sponsor sa kanya.

Guess I'll have to post here to know more about Qatar, my husband is going to work in Doha and leaving next week. First time niya dun so mangangapa pa siya sa place, work environment, etc. He'll be working at Saudi Embassy.

Regarding remittance, i've read here na better ang bank to bank than western union. Di pa namin kasi alam how will he send money if he's there na. I have BPI savings here, what can you suggest mga sis? TIA

Re remittance

I'm here in Ajman, UAE, our salary is thru UAE Exchange pero I send money thru BDO kabayan. Madali lang magopen sabi ng Mama ko pero may bawas na P100 kada padala. Di nya kasi feel sa Cebuana or Western Union, feeling nya di sya safe paglabas e. Also, realtime yung remittance.
