@kneeknee - your supply will go up as your baby grows.  walang normal or abnormal output.
do not measure the quantity of ounces you pump kasi its different per person.
since 5 weeks palang si baby, i suggest you direct feed as much as you can.

stressful kasi pag naghahabol ka ng milk output.

remember to eat and drink a LOT. 

and think happy thoughts when you pump..

When my baby was a month old, pumunta ako ng Hongkong for 3days then every stop over talagang nagpump ako kahit sa hotel hindi pwede hindi kasi una ayoko mawala ang supply ko at pangalawa masakit talaga, at this time 2months na si baby at nag start na ulit ako magwork, I still pump at work one time lang, then pagdating ko ng house ligo then pahinga inum ng tubig tapos breastfeeding session ulit kami ni baby, the best ang feeling!!

If ganon sis, think happy thoughts or look at your baby when you pump.  Kelangan well fed ka..  If you pump on an empty stomach, walang milk lalabas masyado.  Drink soup!!

Drink a glass of water before you pump and then drink another glass after you pump.

Mga sisses, is it worth it to still invest sa double electric pump? My baby is turning 1 next month. He is currently mixed fed with bm when I am at home (at night, before work, weekends), formula milk plus some solids. Do I have the chance to give him purely bm plus solids? TIA.

Another question, once milk supply is established pwede kaya 4x / day nalang ako magpump. 9am-3pm-9pm-3am
Parang yan kasi time na convenient for me. PEro now I try my best to extract milk every 4hours. kaso may times na hindi nasusunod yun.

^i used lansinoh saka avent. for affordable pumps, you can also try spectra or unimom, both pumps are available at babymama.ph.

same here. i had the old allegro but milk got in, used for about 7months. then got unimom forte. used it for about 3months. then i got pregnant. i bought swing maxi naman para hindi mabigat. okay din. but used it for only 2 months kasi my milk suply really dwinled after getting pregnant. my baby says "la na mik", referring to my milk when latched.

what brands of brestmilk storage bottles do you use? And how many did you buy? Where can I buy locking rings for bottles?
