^equity ng Sunlife mga sis? Anong difference nila ng balanced fund? balanced fund din ako, maxilink. Pwede pala itransfer yun??

^yes sis. pwede siyang itransfer. Balanced fund is mix of bond and equity. highest return as long as long term investment should be in equity fund. Pwede siyang ilipat. Just ask your agent about it

Magtatransfer na din ako, review ko lang paano ang sinabi ng advisor ko how to change..

^yes meron. It just means na yong fund from your premium which goes to the investment part will now be on the equity fund and hindi sa balanced. Equity is more aggressive, risky but with higher returns.


I swtiched earlier this year. Im so happy with my agent, he had a courier picked up our signed forms and photocopy of IDs. Then ayun ok na. Naka tanggap na lang ako ng mail na nailipat na from Balanced to Equity.

nabasa ko nga na pag long term natin, Ok lang na sa Equity ilagay ang funds. Since ako, sa tuition ng baby ko pag college niya 'yun nakalaan mag change na din ako from Balance sa Equity.

Magkikita kami ng mabait kong FA ko sa May paguwi ko.

I got a good surprise when I check yung NAVPS and equiity MF ko sa Sunlife online. I pushed myself a few years ago to put in 100K, kahit na flat amount, tapos iwanan ko, sige. So I did it, and stopped some 3 years ago, and now 145K na siya, with no effort or labor on my part. I meant that to be for my retirement, so may mga 25 years pa.

Iwan ko kaya as is, or should I move it to some instrument that can give better returns faster?

Problema lang kasi, nerbiyosa ako, takutin pa. Gusto ko *assured*  na may pera for when I can't work nanymore -- kaya kahit mentally palagi akong nag-wo-worry about ways and means to keep my money safe and growing....mahirap talaga kapag may anxiety =S

^thanks sis! mas malaki tlaga return pag equity? Hmmm, palipat ko sakin siguro next year. Kakaopen lang kasi ng account ko, di ko pa nga narereceive policy ko. Baka mainis si agent sakin. LOL. Question lang, may online account na kasi ako sa COL. mata track ko ba online kung san nila ininvest yung pera ko and kung magkano na kinita?

^yes sis, higher returns and higher risks in equity. Mas volatile kasi sya. Although if this is for long-term, you have nothing to worry naman.
