Paminsan minsan lang ako kumakain ng Chia. I'm not a cook, at sobrang limited lang ang kaalaman ko talaga sa mga possibilities na i-add ang chia seeds sa mga food. Bale what I do is that I only mix the seeds with water para maging gelatin, then I add a little bit of raw sugar for added taste.

I add chia seeds to my smoothies or juices to make them more filling. One to two teaspoons lang per serving. I get my supplies either by the bulk at Wholefoods or at Costco.

I have Chia Pods for breakfast sometimes as a snack, another source of protein and fiber for me.  Also helps me stay full in the morning so I rarely need a Kind bar before lunch.

^Ooh! I love Kind bars!

My chia seed supply just arrived and we've been using it almost everyday in our smoothies/juices. It really is filling. What I'm missing is Kombucha tea with chia seeds. I usually have that pag tamad akong mag prepare ng meals ko.

Meron din nito sa Healthy Options, sis. :)

I also put chia in smoothies and yoghurt. Haven't tried sa oatmeal, parang magiging thick na sya hehe. But i will try.

I love chia seeds! I soak 1 tbsp of chia with 1 cup of coconut milk overnight so I can have it for breakfast. It kills my cravings. Sometimes I sprinkle it on my salads too. It's pretty expensive though. Organic chia can go up to $15/lb here in the US.

^Ang mahal! I get my pre-packed organic chia seeds for $8.99/lb plus tax. Cheaper where my sister gets hers since she buys by the bulk nasa $7-8 lang per lb.

I buy mine at Sprouts farmers market, it's $7.99 per lb but it's not organic. My side of town is pretty expensive kasi. I heard it's cheaper at Costco, but I don't have a membership anyway.
