I love chia seeds! I bough mine from Hacienda San Benito, meron din from my friend Asha from Dahon Kusina: www.facebook.com/dahon.kusina.

My best friend made champorado using chia seeds. I just can't find her recipe yet as her blog's under renovation. It's a must-try!

I bought real chia brand.  I think okay siya for making you  feel  really full and not to eat that much as I've experienced with it though did not continue na cause got some allergic reaction don't know it  is because of the dust or other allergens or the chia seeds. Don't wanna take the risk again ang hirap mag flareup eh. :/ ang problem ko now is this the CHIA seeds I bought sayang naman baka gusto nyo sisses. Two spoonful lang nabawas going to sell it for 500. brought it for 650. mabawi lang. :D please pm me if you're interested. thanks :) OT nag sell. hope okay lang.

Bought half a kilo of chia seeds too few months back as suggested by a good friend. Hindi lang kami constant na gumagamit kasi hindi bagay sa ibang ulam. I ask our helper to add around 1 spoon of the chia seeds sa rice. Hindi ko naman pa nakikita ano ang effect. Puwede pala syang kainin with milk like cereal?

I started taking Chia Seeds yesterday.  I bought mine in Healthy Option for P625 for 500grams.  I took them yesterday with Milo.  Unfortunately, after 1-2 hours, I felt hungry pa din :( And since ayoko nga kumain, sinikmura tuloy ako, until now :(  I have it again this morning, with hot water lang.  Then I ate my breakfast, rice pa ha! And now, around 9am, I'm feeling hungry na naman :(  Wala atang effect sa kin ang benefit nyang you feel full na haha :) Anyhoo, ok naman taste nya sa kin.  Parang sago nga :) So I might just finish the whole bag for the other benefits I can get from it :)

I'm really interested in trying chia seeds. May nakita akong blog posts about chia pudding and mukhang masarap! I need to visit the nearest Healthy Options store asap :)

This is a staple in my diet. I am trying to go back to my vegan lifestyle. When I travel I bring this as a substitute for rice.

I add this to my juice. Enough na siya to sustaini  me for my morning yoga.

From flaxseed I switched to chia seeds because of the benefits. It has fiber, protein, omega 3 and antioxidants which we all need in our body.. I add this to my green smoothie and yogurt.
