sis xtine, we bought bvlgari extreme for hubby and for me is flower by kenzo... promise mga sissie its original ang ginawa namin may mga tester dun nagtry kami then after shopping bago umalis tsaka kami bumili para malaman namin if nag last talaga yung scent then open pa namin yung binili namin kasi baka mamaya iba yung tester sa tinda =) marami din kasi dung display meron sa itaas sa ibaba na magkabilang store then magkaiba ng price... ang pangit lang sa mustafa nagkalat ang "pana" (indian pana hehe) ang sakit sa ilong ng mga amoy lalo na sa hapon =(


Sis Mai, ang ginawa ko nag email ako sa Strand hotel yesterday pero until now wala pa ring reply pano nga b ginawa mo sis Mrain =)

Mustafa is opened 24 hours right? Mondays to Sundays?

^^Actually, they are called "Anap" by pinoys here instead of Pana.  But a lot of pinoys are telling me some indians know that anap refers to them. 

Just to be safe, do not go to Mustafa on weekends because it is packed with anaps.  Even at midnight! It is advisable to go there on a weekday at night (if you can).  If you happen to be there on a weekend at noon, you bet the smell will turn you off.

Mustafa also offers the best exchange rate, any currency to SGD.  2nd will be lucky plaza.

hi mga sis, worth it ba yung asia travel USS tickets with meal voucher? SGD 78 kasi e parang ganun din, SGD 10 yung meal voucher kasi diba 68 lang naman ang USS ticket.  e pag bumili ka naman ng food sa loob mga 5-7 dollars lang din..hehe!

kung 5 kami mag-u-USS ng monday, advisable ba magbook ng ticket ahead of time o pwede namang pagdating na lang dun?  thanks

^Pag non-peak days, ok na bumili doon na mismo. 

The last time I went to USS, may buy one take one if one of your guest is a pass holder (epass or spass worker), PR or citizen na mag register for resorts world rewards.  We were all epass holders at that time pero nagbook kami online because it was a saturday and we thought maraming tao kaya di na namin naavail yung buy one take one USS ticket.  Mind you, USS express na sana yun for two. 

I dunno kung meron pang ganung promo.  That was this june only.

@ushuaia Medyo mahal yung food sa loob ng USS. I think $10 and up for a meal. Unless lumabas ka ng USS to eat at the malaysian food center or kfc.

^Not really may mga meals naman na below $10 tapos with drinks. I remember yung parang sa may Goldilocks ata yun.

sa Mel's Diner meron mga meal na $8+ lang.. (burger, fries, drink)... if I remember correctly.. Bring a water bottle para di na bumili ng drinks pag andun.. meron naman sila mga drinking fountain so you can refill anytime..

Also I noticed din may mga nakakapag pasok ng "outside food" .. though hindi naman yung sobrang maramihan na as in gustong mag picnic sa loob ng USS. Maybe some cookies or small sandwiches lang yung nakita ko.. (mga locals siguro yung mga yun.. hehe).. I guess kasi hindi din naman iniinspect yung bag when you enter the park..

^Meron din sa foodcourt across Jurassic park na less than $10.  Wag nyo na tipirin sarili nyo sa food since you are on vacation.  Exit from USS and sentosa is quite far (Outside USS is also expensive as it is Resorts world - sentosa).

^^Ako nagbaon ng Sandwich tapos kumain ako dun sa may goldilocks. Drinks lang ang ininom ko run.

sis mai, sa website ka lang nila magbobook. wala talaga sila sa mga online booking like agoda o asia travel. bale ang ginawa ko, nag-online inquiry lang ako. tapos may nag-email sa akin providing the hotel rates. tapos yon, nagpa-reserve na ako sa kanya and saka ko binigay yung credit card details ko.. smooth booking naman kami and every time na may changes and tanong ako, nakakareply sila agad within 24 hrs.  si Ivy and Philinna yung kausap ko don.

Okay naman ang stay namin sa hotel tsaka nakatipid pa nga kami kesa kumuha ng multiple rooms.  Okay na rin ang bfast kahit hindi rice. hehe... semi-buffet ang breakfast nila.  may set meal everyday containing sausages, egg, bacon. tapos yung buffet na is yung cereals, pancakes, fruits, toast with choices of spread, noodles, coffee and juice. yung pancakes nila alternate ng french toast nila. the rest of the items in the buffet section, same everyday.. sulit na rin kami. yung set meal pa lang kasi e busog na ako. hindi ko nga nauubos.

nung nag-USS kami don din kami sa foodcourt sa jurassic park zone kumain. pero puro chicken ang kinain namin. hehe.. ang binili ko don yung 3 pc chicken wings, 6 sgd yata yun, tapos yung rice naman is 3 sgd.  tapos si hubby kumain nung chiken rice meal nila na nasa around 10 sgd. pero mas nag-enjoy pa sya don sa chicken wings.  tapos may in-offer sila sa amin na plastic bottle w/ straw, nasa 7.90 sgd sya. katumbas niya yung 2 large size drinks nila na 3.90 sgd each. in-avail namin yun kasi pwede sya i-refill ng any drinks for 2 sgd. hindi na kami nag-attempt mag-KFC kasi ang layo niya at saka wala silang rice meal.  Nung bumalik kami for sentosa tour, saka kami nag-KFC pero hindi rin ako nabusog kasi walang rice tapos 7 sgd pa.

^Suggestion ko to try Turkey Leg sa USS.  Masarap sya with Coke.  Juicy baked turkey leg kaya di nakakataba pero masarap.

anyone here na nakatry na ng online shopping service ng nuance watson sa changi airport? sabi sa website we can pick out the products we want from watsons tapos pickup na lang sa counter nila upon check-in for your flight. may nakagamit na ba nito?

Oh siguro kuripot lang talaga ako. Haha. Okay din naman yung rice meal dun sa parang shack ni Gloria in Maagascar. Rice + meat + drink + dessert. Masarap naman.

The malaysian food center is relatively cheap, koufu prices. Sgd4 for chicken rice. I'll try the turkey leg next time
