For me, still, the best way would be exercise and moderation in food intake.
- I tried going to the gym. Ang ending, nahihilo lang ako after every session sa kakaikot ikot sa iba ibang machines. Sa sobrang dami naman ng tao, ang hirap makipagsiksikan for classes like Zumba, etc. Magastos pa. If I can get away with working out for free and seeing changes in my body then I'll ditch the gym na lang.
- I swear by Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred. I was able to go as far as Day 7 of Level 2 when I first tried it and boy, I really saw changes in my body and lost several pounds (if I recall I lost roughly 8-10lbs, this was two years ago). Eh napabayaan so bumalik ang taba kaya balik loob din ako kay Jillian ngayon.
- I tried HCG (this was hell), Slimina, Lightsome, Slimming Coffee, Biofitea, Theraherb, Dukan diet, Bonapetit Diet, Herbalife shake, Nutrimeal... Nahirapan lang ako imaintain. Lagi akong nagugutom. Grabe rin ang rebound. I feel na yang mga yan din ang cause kung bakit ang baba ng BMR ko. Now, I've decided to eat anything and everything that I want BUT in MODERATION. No more ingesting chemicals at kung ano anong pills.
- Current fitness activities:
a. Calorie counting via Myfitnesspal and being active in their forums
b. I take a picture of every meal using Evernote food. Di ko na inuupload sa social networking sites siyempre. But taking a picture and having pictures to go back to for me to check what I ate works for me.
c. Walking at least 2km per day on the way home
d. 30 day shred 5 times a week, Blogilates once a week. All free and only 30 minutes a day.
e. Switched to brown rice. Iwas softdrinks and sweets and junk food if it can be helped.

Pero pwede naman patikim tikim.
f. Drinking wheatgrass juice and green tea everyday. Putting lemon slices in my water as well. Malakas ako uminom ng water kaya water intake is no problem for me.
So far, I've lost 7lbs in one and a half months. I've still got a long way to go but it's a start. And I'm not depriving myself of anything. Do it like the French do raw.
