Hello everyone!

I decided to do Cohen since I have been fat all my life and I am not getting any younger (turned 27 this year), I think it's time for a change of lifestyle. I came from a huge family (literally) and doing Cohen might give encourage them to do the same. Plus i'll get married next year, I want to look great and fabulous!

It's been almost 2 weeks since I submitted my blood test result. I am really hoping they didn't find any complications so that I'll get accepted. Sana I'll get the feedback soon.

^ I dont think the cohen center here goes on sale sa fees nila.  They might have promos (ie. free weighing scale, or free labs) tho.  Double check lang because it might be the OTHER cohen diet.

Hi sis chefron! Yun sinasabi mo ng friend mo na nakasale ay ang Bon Appetit Diet by Jean-Michel Cohen. Nakasale yan sa sulit.com.ph. Yun ginagawa namin ay Cohen's Lifestyle Diet by Dr. Rami Cohen

Another question.... [textspeak!] 55k, good for how many months? Mau time limit ba? Or hanggang maachieve mo ang ideal weight mo?

@zupermia, back read ka, all informations are here...  55k is good for 6months, if you use citibank may 6months to pay sila 0% interest, if you're not yet done by then you could extend it for another 6mos, add ka lang ng 3k if I'm not mistaken, basta dapat lang you follow what is in the contract then they'll allow you to extend.

@giegie, you should not stop your thyroid meds, ako nga 150mcg ang dosage ko per day pero I'm taking thyrax not euthyrox.  Cauliflower ang staple veg ko, grated, it's always caulirice for me para you won't feel awkward dining with your family, they eat rice you eat caulirice.... i always buy the imported cauliflower, madalas sa ongpin or arranque market ko nabibili, mas mahal ng konti pero it's puro florets lang, walang tangkay di tulad ng local tapos color is much whiter and much softer yung texture niya.
@fransigh, congrats to you! you'll definitely have fun sa refeed. :) confusing pero ika nga "it's more fun in refeed" hehe.

salamat. kahapon ko natanggap, confusing talaga to the point na bumili pa ako ng maliit na memo pad to highlight the important keys haha. adik lang. tsaka kailangan ko din kasi i-consult lahat ng questions ko as soon as possible dahil limited nalang ang time ko to communicate freely with the consultants =) salamat sa lahat ng very supportive dito =) magpopost ako ng pictures soon, pag medyo ok na yung buhok at yung dry skin ko =) meanwhile, the journey for the maintenance might be tough. so goodluck saken!

Good morning sisses!!

I heard about Cohen from one of our managers. Was really surprised upon seeing her new sexy body!
So I immediately asked kung anong ginawa nya.. She gave me some information about the program and the cost. Medyo nag dalawang isip ako kasi I thought na baka kaya ko pa ng excercise and diet on my own.

But two days ago, I got tired and realized that I think I really need professional help :(
I am 50lbs overweight, and in my early 30s.

I searched about the program and google brought me here. Nagback read ako from Thread 1 to the last thread hahaha... tahimik lang muna and now kakatapos ko lang magbackread. I got teary eyed pa nga upon reading some of our sisses' success stories, hoping that in a few months, its my success story that you'll be reading :)

anyways, pwede ba akong mag signup na kaagad without attending the information session? parang ang hirap kasing mag pa book based from what I read. I want to start asap and hopefully qualified ako to do the program!

Jersey: What do you mean by "kung pwede ka magsign-up agad kahit di ka umattend ng info session"?
