Need Business Suggestion : Para sa Loob ng SUbdivision

I'm a dealer of Human Heart Nature, at may tarpaulin na nakasabit sa gate namin. Ilang beses na rin padaan-daan ang mga association officers dito, pero they do not question me about it naman. Although I did not ask permission to do so, I thought it's okay kasi madami ding may nakasabit na tarps dito sa loob ng subdivision. I once asked permission kung pwede magsabit ng tarp sa main road, and they said it's paid advertisement, whether I'm a homeowner or not. Para sa akin, unfair yun kasi we pay monthly dues in full, tapos wala man lang ni discount para sa mga homeowners, e may period of advertisement naman.

Siguro masyado lang maluwag dito sa subdivision namin. Dati kasi may talyer dito sa tabi namin e (vacant lot na supposedly e para sa itatayong clubhouse na overdue na for so long). With permission ng presidente dito, nakapagtayo s'ya ng talyer dito, yun nga lang pinaalis din kasi meron s'yang violation.

To the TS, sana makapagtayo ka na ng business na papatok sa loob ng subdivision, at sana rin hindi ka magkaron ng problema with the association.

Pahelp naman ng business ideas for a typical na subdivision na mga townhouses ang built ng houses.  Parang nasa class B and C ang residents.

Nakabili kasi kami ng H&L sa main road at may malaking space pa para pang business.

Akala ko, mga subdivisions create/designate  commercial spaces, at dun lang puede mag operate ng business.

sis aquacharly, usually pag small subdivisions they allow businesses to operate inside... pero pag malalaking developer, they put up designated places that you can rent, usually near the entrance..

i am a Human Heart Nature member, pero this month plan ko maging dealer na to get a bigger discount.

nung pumasok ako sa store, naengganyo ako magmember kasi 799 worth of products lang member na tapos may discount na at may kasamang catalogs to encourage the member to sell. nag-start pa lang ako this month, may 2,000 worth of products na ako na pa-order, about 1,500 nito from my mom pa lang kasi she wants to help me market HHN products at her office. I think she ordered a lot para maipa-test nya rin sa officemates niya.

i just went back to work last friday from a 1 month leave, isa pa lang ang naaalok ko sa office. gusto ko sana nga karirin ang pagtitinda nito since pwede ko ito gawing sideline habang nagtatrabaho at the same time, feeling ko mas magiging confident person ako kung matututo akong magtinda. sana mag-work mga sis. gusto ko sana mapromote to dealer para mas malaki ang discount ko, pero feeling ko sa amount ng pa-order ko this month, pwede na ako mapromote to dealer.

any tips sa direct selling at pag-aalok sa officemates? baka may mga direct sellers dito especially ng HHN. baka may suggestions/tips kayo on how to sell more or tap more markets. at kung paano makainvite ng downline.

medyo mahirap lang kasi itong simula ko kasi:

1. ok rin sana kung pati kapitbahay mabebentahan ko, kaso nakikitira pa lang kami sa mother in law ko kaya dyahe naman magkabit ng business tarp/signage...although we will be transferring this january to our own house at di naman mahigpit doon sa subdivision namin sa pagkakaalam ko.

2. mahiyain ako kaya medyo hiya ako alukin officemates pero may naalok na ako isa pa lang. hehe. ...working on this, in progress pa lang naman. pero hopefully maalok ko na buong department by the end of the week.

3. nag member ako on my own, no upline. at wala pa akong downline. pero mas maganda sana kung meron, kasi malaki discount kapag team effort ang sales.
