I had my hilot a while back, ang sakit pala. Pero tolerable naman, pero masakit talaga. I had my first hilot a few years back, pero di masakit. Siguro itong hilot ko ngayon mas okay kase parang may force talaga. Im crossing my fingers...

Hi mga sis! Nag post ako last month sa thread na to. Kasi mejo hesitant ako magpahilot dahil may pcos ako. Pero last nov 10 nagpahilot na rin ako dahil na convince ako ng friend ko. 3 days un sunod sunod dahil sobra daw baba ng matris ko. Then last dec 7 I decided to have a pregnancy test not 1 but 3 pts. Haha! Thank God after 18 months of waiting I am now pregnant I had my pre natal check up yesterday and may heartbeat na baby ko. 5 wks and 6days ang laki nia. We're sooo happy! Baby dust to all!

Had my hilot for the second time last december 24, masakit pa din. Tolerable but painful for me.

My 3rd schedule is on january 2 na. I hope 2014 is my year!

yung sa offficemate ko nagpahilot siya almost 3x sobrang sakit daw pero all worth it. after 6 months after hilot, nabuntis siya.. pero according to her OB, she is on her 4th month, mababa daw matres nya kaya need nya doble ingat, 2x din siya nag spotting

Ah mga sis, san ba kayo nagpapahilot? Sumasakit kase ang lower back ko eh, nagpa-chiro ako mahal naman. E kung effective sa PCOS ang hilot gusto ko rin i-try...

hi sis! Before ako magpahilot yan din problem ko lower back pains. Nung nagpahilot ako ang sabi nung naghilot kaya daw lagi masakit lowerback ko kasi mababa ang matris ko. True enough after nia ako hilutin nawala sakit ng likod ko. And may bonus pa. Nabuntis ako right after magpahilot. Hehe.

Hi sisses! I need help sana. I'm 7weeks pregnant but Im not sure kung may heartbeat na si baby.. Medyo na-trauma na kasi ako dahil nung unang pregnancy ko ndi nadevelop si baby. at sana hindi na maulit ngayon. Pwede pa kaya ako mgpahilot at this stage? Kindly PM me your recommended "manghihilot". Thank you

Sa tingin ko sis sa OB Gyne mo kailangan mo, hindi manghihilot, para matingnan ka via transV ultrasound. As far as I know may heartbeat na yan as early as 6 weeks.

eyescream: sis ang alam ko, after hilot d ka muna pwede maligo. the day after na hinilot ka pwede na. pwede naman siguro magkikilos wag lang muna maglaba ng mabigat.
