Sis eyescream ang sabi ng manghihilot after mens daw or kahit yung mga pahabol days na ng period mas madali daw maitaas ang matris, I'll try this siguro next year uli last 2010 pa ko nagpahilot e, ang advice nila dapat di ka gagawa ng kahit anong house chores bed rest lang at huwag magbyahe matatagtag daw at magiging useless lang ang paghihilot. Hi po. Nag pahilot ako noong monday kase im experiencing back ache. Tapos pinulsuhan lang ako ng manghihilot sabi nya buntis daw ako.sabi ko naman bfn ako nung nag p.t sabi nya after one to two weeks mag bbfp na yan. Tapos di nanyako masyado minassage kasi nga daw baka malamog. Di ko alam kung credible yung sinabi nya.

basta sabihin mo lang sa manghihilot yung issue mo sis. At siya na bahala noon.pero make sure na talagang manghihilot siya.at maraming mga good feedbacks galing sa kanya. Hay sis 12days na akong delayed wala pa din af at noong nag sneeze ako may sharp pain sa left abdomen ko.hay gulung gulo na ako
