Were 2 couples staying in 2+1 HDB Unit, bale nasa S$240 monthly yung PUB namin.

90sgd PUB namin, couple staying in a 3+1 HDB, 6.30pm-7.30am lang kami halos nasa bahay, except for the ref na always on. Most appliances naka-tanggal sa outlet. AC maybe max of 3hrs every night dahil lamigin naman ako. Ang taas pa din


Drinking water sa tap lang.

wow, ang baba ng mga pub nyo mga sis. We're currently renting a room and our PUB share is on average of 200/month + net. Sa gabi lang kami naka ac, and 2 hours during the day when baby sleeps.

Baka sis kayo na ang nagbayad ng whole flat pub? That's quite much for a room alone

^ di naman sis. Counted si baby sa pub 100%, yan din isa sa reasons na aalis kami kasi di naman kami maaksaya sa usage, di nga nagpapa-iron si hubby para di pabigat sa kuryente. Luma na kasi acs dito and di ko rin alam bakit mataas pub namin. Main tenant bakes, irons and washes clothes a lot tho.

Aww kaya pala sis. Tama ka, old appliances consumes much energy than the new ones. Sana makahanap na kayo new place

Moving out by the end of this month sis. Nearer to hubby's workplace and better. We took 1 3br, one friend will rent 1 room. Can't wait to move out na.

Thanks sisses! we tried tap water medyo Hindi pa kaya haha. Went back to fair price for water. Nag sale ang courts. Ang mura ng appliances!

at the first place i rented before, they had a filter on the tap. i stayed with a family and the mom and dad told me that the water caused kidney problems for the wife so she will always be on medication. i think even if tap water is safe to drink, it's best to buy a water filter; filtered water tastes so much better than tap water, too.

Oo fresh sa wet market. Price wise though, mas mahal sya kesa sa market kasi di sila frozen, kita mo meats, bagong katay sila.

Hi Sis! Dito banda sa may amk ave 5 may wet market at nagiisang beef stall. Grass-fed sila kaya malinamnam yung meat. Around S$20/kg yung pang steak, much cheaper than the ones in supermarket.

You might want to try out Pastamania. Ok na din siya for a kid's birthday party. I got them kasi for my daughter's 5th party at her school.  Very professional (you can check out the photos in my blog)  .

hi sisses, still adjusting here in SG far cry from what we're used to in Manila because we live sa suburbs ditto! mas suburbs pa sa paranque haha. But I think Punggol is growing in me and taxi is cheap going to ikea haha

may I ask where are your favorite outlet malls? and yung madami sana kiddie shops?
