mga sis! here are the dishwashing liquids i use na natural ingredients so safe for our skin:

- Palmolive pure + clear (sa Cash & Carry Makati ko nabili pero malamang nasa ibang malls din)

- Human Nature's Tough Love Natural Dishwashing Liquid (sa Rustan's Supermarket Greenbelt 1 ko nabili, pero baka meron  din sa ibang malls)

Parang more prevalent ito this summer.  I'm getting rashes/ eczema here and there.

For the body soap I use Dove unscented. Physiogel cream after bath then apply Fucidin ointment sa affected area.

I also have eczema and KP and i want to use lotion that wont trigger my skin disease and at the same time with mild scent. Good thing i found Organix hydrating argan oil of Morocco lotion. Ang bango and very mild sa skin. Will try next time Organix argan oil naman. 😊😊

Same here sis. I went to a couple of drugstores already puro lotion and cleanser lang ang available. So when I found the cream in sachet version sa Robinson's LP kinuha ko na lahat

recent discovery: Aveeno skin relief.

i have a very stubborn eczema on one of my fingers. as in same spot lang yang inaatake na yan. dati, Elica lang nawawala na yan. kaso na-immune na yata. so naloka ako, di ko malaman kung ano ilalagay ko. then lo and behold, i discovered Aveeno skin relief! hay! thank God!

para siyang therapeutic moisturizer, which is better kesa sa mga steroidal/medicinal creams/ointments.

got it at SM Supermarket Makati for around P600+. a bit expensive pero it will last you a long long time kasi gagamitin mo lang naman sa part na may eczema (in my case, one finger only, hehe)

^sa living life well sa 5/F megamall.  1,200 sya per session + 10/needle.  pero nagpa-member ako, 1k lang for 1 yr na.  pag member kc 1k per session na lang kaya makaka-save ka lalo na kung more than 5 sessions ka.  binabayaran ko per session less than 1,200 lang (12-16 needles nagagamit sa kin).

sis how was the experience? Masakit ba? And gano katagal inaabot per session? I will def try this maybe next month.

^sis, hindi naman sya masakit... keri lang ang medyo mararamdaman mo talaga yung sa may feet.  30-45 mins yung session.  ok sya kc nakaka-relax.  makakatulog ka naman.

Aww.. flare up ang skin asthma ko now. I'm using aveeno moisturizing lotion and Calmoseptine as oitnment. Ligo din ng pinakuluang dahon ng bayabas. mejo nag su subside na sya..

Dont know what nag trigger but usually pag mag tatag hangin na dito sa Pinas bigla ako magkaka ganito. Also, im using Dr. Kauffman soap muna, pampatuyo, then followed by Olay soap para ma moisturize sya. Drink lots of water din. hay sana matapos na tong episode na to. iniinuman ko din ng Benadry tablet before matulog so hindi ako magkakamot kahit tulog ako. Minsan gigising na lang ako may sugat nako, nag kakamot pala ko pag tulog.

May nadiscover ako lately nakakarelieve ng skin asthma. Sa ilog maria meron silang special soap for skin asthma kapag ginamit mo may cooling effect siya kapag nagflareup ka maganda sha gamitin may online naman if mahirap mapuntahan kasi nga ang layo sa tagaytay proper

Grabe skin asthma ko ngayon,super stubborn. Naging resistant na ata ako sa steroids. So far I've tried

1. Dermablend Colloidal Oatmeal soap(100php) and lotion(155php) - walang effect, nawawala kati pag pinahid pero after a while makati na naman.

2. LS BL Cream(50 pesos 1 tube)- sa chinese drugstores to, mura kaso di na sya hiyang sakin Clobetasol + Ketoconazole to
3. Physiogel AI cream(599php)  - 3 days ko palang ginagamit, medyo nalessen Yung pamumula pero di kasing impressive ng steroids

Lastly

4. Moringa  02 lotion (130php)  and soap (90php) - eto ang pinakasulit kong ginastos grabe, 1 day ko palang nagamit pero wow talaga hindi ako nangangati, after work lang nung nagbihis na ko medyo nangati na ewan ko ba, every time mag a undress ako nangangati ako hehe.

Sana matapos na tong phase na to.grabe para kong me galis galis lagi ako naka cardigan or longsleeves.

Nag try din pala ko Top 0 (375php) hindi ko alam kung effective talaga pero kasi kahit anong spray ang gawin ako ala e, naka 2 cans na ko ala akong napapansing effect, and nag iispray ako religiously

sa Moringa 0+ pala, me konting kati pero sobrang konti lang, mag apply lang ako physiogel cream sa nangangating part nawawala naman pangangati

i had skin asthma since time immemorial. but first quarter lang of this year yung talagang grabe ang flare ups. pabalik balik at sa ibat ibang part ng katawan. sa binti, back ng knees, sa tyan at pinakamalala is sa likod ng siko. magkabilaang arms pa. no effect mga oral and topical meds. nakakadepressed! when im losing hope na napanood ko ad about elica and decided to give it a try. and how i wished i've done it earlier! twice ko lang ata inapply parang magic that i stopped itching and my flare ups disappeared. sana lang di ako maimmune dito.l

i have eczema pero sa face lang. nag fflare up sia ngayon kasi naubusan ako ng aveeno ezcema therapy lotion. Hindi pa ako makapunta sa cash and carry. I wonder what else will work for the meantime.

ngayon lang ako nagka-eczema sa both hands ako nagkaroon, my derma said sa stress at sa chemicals nag re-react ang skin and every person with eczema ay considered too sensitive talga ang skin. 

My derma said gumamit ng dove soap and oatmeal lotion and vitamins (optional) so far nawala agad in 2 days lang. Tiniis ko yung eczema for 5 months grabe kase di ko alam na eczema pala yun akala ko kase paltos lang

I have dyshidrotic eczema. First time ko magkaroon nito when I was in highschool. Sa hands and feet siya tumutubo and mostly napupuno yung area na yun. Nawala siya then bumalik lang lately pero sobrang konti lang. Pansin ko pag stress ako ng todo tinutubuan ako nun and nagsearch ako sa google if connected siya and tama nga. In my case, binababad ko siya sa mainit na tubig na pinakuluan ng dahon ng bayabas.

Yes it helps talaga, use mild soaps, yung fragrance free, hypoallergenic or yung colloidal oatmeal soaps.

Been using Healthy Options'
- A La Maison Oatmilk soap with coconut and argan oil.
- Nature's Gate Oat meal lotion

stick lang ako jan, so ayun kasundo naman ng skin ko. tinutuuan lang ako sa siko at legs pag siguro sobra ang stress ko. and im taking these vitamins from Healthy Options too
- Solgar Evening Primrose oil
- Vitamin C 100mg w/ Rosehip extracts
- Gluthatione

So far, so good... wala na ko masyadong malakihang flare up. as in pa sulpot sulpot lang. 

if my budget kayo, Aveeno moisturizing lotion with colloidal oatmeal. kasundo din ng skin ko to pero mejo pricey so dun na lang ako sa HO's Nature's Gate lotion with Colloidal Oat Meal. same lang din naman.
