ss totoo lang using natural,unscented,no colorants,no parabenes ,no chemicals soap o liquid soap + virgin coconut oil lang can solve such problems,,we have a patient baby ,grabe pagbabalat nya,physiogel pinagamit ng derma namin,,nagbabalat parin,,so what I did during morning care,,I use sterile OS and natural olive cleanse soap,then rinse and dry ,while still damp,I put virgin coconut oil in OS and use it to removed remaining flakes.. ..then as our doctors make their rounds,they look for the flaky baby,,and as I show to them the baby they were amazed kasi nga ang kinis na at wala ng [textspeak!] flaky skin ni baby,,our derma also agree na nakakatulong talaga ang vco sa skin,,,huwag naman sobra ang pagpahid just enough to cover the entire skin,,

I see. Ako kasi I use Dove for sensitive skin yung green and Oilatum. Kaso minsan hindi ko talaga ma take ang kati. Any suggestions pa ba? Minsan kasi flaky, minsan reddish. Hindi tuloy ako makapag shorts.

my sister in bangkok suggested that I try acupuncture.  sya kase nagpa-acupunture and nawala daw yung allergy nya.  actually mas matagal na yung eczema nya ilang taon na pabalik-balik.  yung sa kin oct 2013 lang lumabas. nag-research din ako regarding acupuncture.  may mga claim nga na it can cure allergies and other diseases. so ayun nag-inquire ako last weekend sa mga clinic sa megamall... 1,200 per session yung pinakamura.  magstart siguro ko this weekend... will give feedback kung maging effective sya.

This thread is really helpful! May ganito din ako and ang hassle Ang kati kati at ang bilis nila mag spread pag hindi naaagapan agad. It's true na iwas na dapat sa mga strong na soap pero pasaway talaga ako kaya lagi pabalik balik allergies ko. Oo nga pala, as much as possible kailangan lagi moisturized yung skin pag nagddry and nakakatulong din yung prickly heat powder pag mainit at nagpapawis lalo na sa mga folds.. May cream ako na ni-recommend ng derma ko before. I forgot the name pero that's effective. Ngayon kasi more on oils nalang nilalagay ko (emu, argan, vco) pero minsan i'm not satisfied parang ang tagal lang gumaling. I don't know kung bakit baka mali yung application ko. I'll try the recommendations here. Mukhang okay yung creams. Sana effective din sa akin! Thank you mga sis!

mga sis, nagkaron ako ng eczema due to pregnancy...ang prescribed sakin ng OB ko hydrocortisone lotion....

but nag ask ako sa mercury, ang brand name daw nito ay Lacticare HC pero out of stock sila....as in mga naka 10 mercury branches ako....pati watsons....at un mga local botika....wala din...

may alam ba kayo nabibilhan? or if may ibang brand name itong 1% hydrocortisone lotion? as in ilang days na ko naresetahan up to now wala mabilhan...

^Sis, I would suggest calling mercury drugstores around your area before you go. Para sure na meron sila nung gamot bago ka pumunta. Or ask which branch has it. Or try to ask your OB where you can buy it. baka meron naman sa clinic nya.

^sis thanks, ang ginawa ko kasi wala talaga sa mga mercury at watsons samin, pati around robinsons galleria area, or cubao or sm north even sa caloocan, sinabi ng isang PA sa mercury na matagal na silang wala nun....

ang ginawa ko may dermcare center sa may amin sa sta maria and I asked if meron silang hydrocortisone lotion kasi nga kako derm clinic un...good thing meron sila pero wala tatak un nasa white bottle lang cya...P 320 for 120ml bottle...

effective naman cya sa eczema ko so far after using it for about 3 days, nawawala na un mapupulang butlig at nalelessen un parang nagsheshed na skin....


will check if this is really effective....continue ko muna gamit

I checked olx and I searched for the name of the lotion that you're looking for, meron ak nakita but hindi ako sure sis kung iyon nga yun.. hehe...

You may check.. I had this din kasi when I was pregnant... Unfortunately, meron pa din ako now.. Now ko lang din ako nag tingin tingin dito to check the thread.

mga sis, may eczema ako ngayon due to pregnancy...sabi ng OB ko, hydrocortisone lotion un ipahid once a day...I bought mine sa dermcare branch samin...

sa SM North I passed by this booth na nagbebenta ng EMU Oil, sabi the best daw for psoriasis, eczema etc...

may nakagamit na ba nito?

i have eczema whenever the weather is cold and hot.

oatmeal soap and moisturizing lotion lang panlaban ko and yeah, elica. stay hydrated din dapat.

Ako din meron. Gamit ko is aveeno and physiogel pag OTC minsan lotions from derma. Minsan kasi na iimmune na ng skin yung lotion kaya change ako every now and then wag lang tatapat sa maling lotion kasi flareups ang abot.

Rough din po ba yung skin nyo na affected ng eczema?

Yup rough sya pag nag pe flare up. pero pag nawala na balik yung smooth skin. Pero ewan ko lang din ha, yugn sakin kasi ganun. Never na ko gumagamit ng whitening lotion, kasi everytime gagamit ako ng whitening lotion, flare up eczema ko eh. So palagi na lang moisturizing lotion, and it helps.

Thankful din kasi sobrang patient ng hubby ko, everytime na mag flare up eczema ko, he would volunteer na lagyan ng ointment lahat ng affected parts. siguro dahil na rin sa TLC nya pag naglalagay. hahaha! charot.

I did not know I had eczema, or that I have propensity to actually have this until I washed something with joy antibac with no gloves.  As in I got so worried I used petroleum jelly as my hand lotion.  Clobetasol lang pala katapat niyan.

I just want to share my experience. I had eczema before when I was in gradeschool then i had it again 5 years later. Then now i have it again.

It first started as few small blisters na parang may tubig. My bad kasi before di ko lang sya pinapansin nawawala lang sya basta. At first, pet jelly works for me but sumumpong asthma ko my doctor asked me to take prednisone 5, naging ok sya sobra because of the streroid. Took it for 10 days the after ayun na nag-worsen talaga sya and nag-nana. May mga sugat both hands. Di na ko nakalabas ng house for weeks. Tried different creams and ointments and antibiotics for the pus. Elica, dermovate, candicec. Soaked my hands in hot water with salt and even tried dahon ng bayabas. Nothing worked! After ma-dry wounds mag bluster na naman and then magsusugat ulet.

Naka 3 rounds ako ng antibiotic. And finally I gave up na, after the 3rd round of antibiotic before magkaron ng panibagong blisters i asked hubby to buy nivea express hydration. Washed my hands with cetaphil liquid, closed my eyes, applied lotion and prayed "Lord bahala ka na" and yun di na sya nagsugat ulit. I controlled scratching lang talaga. And lotion lang ng lotion.

So far magaling na left hand ko, yung right medyo kulubot pa ibang fingers pero bihira na magkaron blisters. There are times i eat chicken/eggs nagkakaron ulit ng blisters sometimes naman wala. Pero i avoided na lang din hanggat kaya. Sana mawala na completely para makakain naman ako ng mga gusto ko. Nawala naman sya before when i had it years ago. Last time I had it 17 ako now lang umulit 33 ako now. I'm using dove lang and nivea intensive moisture lotion. I put on gloves lang tlaga pag maghugas plates.
