^agree with that....pero i had boss before na hindi kayang madala sa charm...really strict pero okay lang naman hindi naman unreasonable.

This is so true. i feel bad just reading all the comments here. i think women are more critical to other women.
I am working for 10 years now and most of my leads that i look up to are women. Women scientifically are better with multi tasking unlike men which makes us more awesome!

But i think women choose men because we can manipulate them more than women. That's how i see it based on my experience. I can easily manipulate my male leads but never my female leads.. hehe

This is a good analysis.. I think that's really the case. Women like guy bosses because they can charm their way easily to the guys, which is the opposite case for women..
We say women are emotional, moody, etc., but hey, that's like saying women are emo and moody in general! Which means YOU ARE, too!
