Lady Boss or Guy Boss??who's better?

Guy boss pa din talaga. So far puro mababait ang boss na na meet kong guy. Sa lady boss naman, depende na sa tao yun. Pero usually talaga kapag guy boss mabait talaga.

I don't think there's a better gender for a boss. Kung real leader ang superior at okay talaga ang work ethic niya, mapababae o lalaki man, the employee will be in good hands. I think it's because of little things/comparisons like this that we unconsciously promote gender discrimination.

Based on experience I prefer lady boss than guy boss o baka nataoon lang na mas may boss personality ang former lady boss ko at mas madami akong natutunan

Generally guy na boss. Tama less issues.

But the one i consider my first mentor was a lady boss, and super love ko yun.

From my experience, with guy bosses, wala masyado difference kung gwapo or hindi yung guy.

With women bosses, there is a direct correlation between beauty and grace. Mas pangit yung girl, mas bastos makipag usap. Mas maganda yung girl, mas madali kausap.

Also, pag panget ang girl na boss, marami insecurities and mahilig ma mersonal.

I would normally say na mas gusto ko ang guy boss kasi mas rational, decisive, etc. kaso susme yung boss ko!! papalit palit ang isip!! tsaka wala na ang respeto ko for him dahil sa passive aggressive attitude (madalas na pagmaangmaangan para lang makalusot). in short, walang b***s.

Agree with most sissies here, generally, GUY boss talaga ang mas okay. IMO mas madaling makuha ang kiliti ng mga lalaking boss, sa babae kasi, basta ayaw ka nya, e ayaw ka na nya talaga kahit ano pa gawin mo. Snatching guys' kiliti aside, mas forgiving din kasi sila sa opposite sex. Kahit nga interviewers lang mas natutuwa ako pag lalake. Lol.

At least in my experience. Although to be fair, my first manager ever, altho marami inis sa kanya, was sooo kind to me and I loved her talaga. Kabaliktaran nung last lady boss ko, eto halos lahat may ayaw naman sa kanya. And I hated her to death. Mahirap rin kasi talaga pag pinagiinitan ka nung boss mo tapos marami pa syang insecurities. Talagang mamemersonal yun. Lol. Isa pa na talagang ayaw ko, and probably would hate to have more than a female boss... E yung baklaaa. Hehe.

i've never had a male boss. ever. lahat babae (yay!). but it really shouldn't be an issue. neither gender is better. i think saying that men are better bosses and that they are more rational or decisive is an insult to ALL women.

Based on my experience:

Guy boss - mas kalmado, mas mabilis magdesisyon at walang masyadong issues sa buhay. So in general, mas gusto ko lalaki.

Lady boss - daming emosyon sa buhay. Daming issues. Pero mas maayos sila sa admin tasks :-P

Lesbian and gay bosses - based sa experience ko, they always play favorites tapos namemersonal. I have nothing against homosexual people ha.

May advantages at disadvantages, and depende na rin naman sa tao

Guy Bosses usually are very intelligent - daming sharing of ideas, no competition.
Lady bosses are very emotional and they want you to be like them..

Lady bosses may be temperamental but more understanding. Guy bosses are more objective but can be insensitive.

This is so true. i feel bad just reading all the comments here. i think women are more critical to other women.
I am working for 10 years now and most of my leads that i look up to are women. Women scientifically are better with multi tasking unlike men which makes us more awesome!

But i think women choose men because we can manipulate them more than women. That's how i see it based on my experience. I can easily manipulate my male leads but never my female leads.. hehe

Napansin ko sa lady boss usually changing emotions eh...minsan may topak...pero minsan favorable ang topak nila ittreat ka ng lunch pag happy sila hehe...

Anyways never had one and Im willing to try one baka maging close friend ko pa? Kase pag guy boss hindi talaga ko nagiging malapit eh.

I had worked both of these bosses in my previous and my present company. So far wala naman akong naging major problema sa kanila. Except lang sa Guy boss na isa na nakatrabaho which can't handle pressure from his boss then ikaw yong iprepressure bigla sa trabaho.
