Heeeeelp!! I'm sure there are sisses here who also have LG Smart TVs... I've had my LG 32LB582B for two yrs now and it's still perfectly functioning!

HOWEVER, di ako masyadong techie na person so i have not fully maximized its Smart technology. Eh i want to explore something sana... Like play a live streaming from the internet on my Iphone 6 and play it on the TV screen. Kaso i can't even figure out how to set it up. I read the manual pero lost pa rin ako.

Parang it says that the TV and the cellphone has to be on the same router? Ganun? I tried tethering my mobile data, pero cannot be, hindi ma-read nung TV as an available wifi network (pero it detects other networks ng katabing condo units so i presume broadband gamit nila). Eh wala ako broadband.

I saw sa Settings ng TV that "Wi-fi Direct" is an option, pero ni-nosebleed ako. Hahaha!

Can you share paano niyo ginawa yung sa inyo? Pleeeease!!!!

^ Sorry sis pero i believe hindi supported ng Iphone devices ang wifi direct sa LG. May ibang tech kasing ginagamit ang apple(Airplay) na gumagana lang sa AppleTVs at hindi sa SmartTVs.. There are iphone apps naman na pwedeng gamiting pang-mirror ng screen pero kailangan may router ka.

We have the Samsung smart TV.  It comes with apps that can be used for streaming.. aamazon video, Netflix, YouTube, hulu etc.
It's connected to an apple TV that also has streaming apps.  I've used my iPhone 6 worth the apple TV and Samsung smart TV to view pictures.

Hi, Ladies! I noticed that this topic has not been active for a while. Anyway, my hubby wrote some tips about buying a TV here in the Philippines.  "The bigger the screen, the better. Yung akala mo na "masiyado na malaki 'to" ay hindi pala talaga malaki kapag nasa bahay na. Trust me. "

I recently bought a 49" Samsung Curved Smart TV. Nung binili ko from Abenson, sobrang laki ng box and TV while nasa store, then nung  na install sa unit ko, naliitan ako bigla dahil siguro yung wall, walang ka design design so nagmukhang maliit pa din yung TV.

^ depende rin siguro kung lagi kang nakakakita ng malalaking tv sa mall sa isip mo maicocompare mo tv mo sa bahay gaya ng nangyayari sa akin kapag napapadaan sa mga abensons lol. 

^^ thanks sa article, sa akin habang lumalaki yung size dapat malaki rin ang resolution kaya yung mga cheap tvs sa lazada mahirap tangkilikin dahil ang baba ng resolutions.

naku, oo dapat wala nang mas mababa pa sa 1080p. tsaka definitely no-no sa lazada. sabi ni hubby you're better off to buy a lower end tv from popular brands kesa magtiyaga sa unknown brands sa lazada.

tsaka dapat yung sa brand na maganda customer service. yung binili ng hubby ko before we got married, sabi nya kinabit ng LG for free sa wall nya kasi parang one of their services yata sa customer nila?

SM Appliances had an anniversary sale 2 weeks ago and we impulsively bought a TCL 49" smart curved TV for 22k (down from 35"). Since our condo is small, the size is perfect for the wall where our 40" TV used to be.

Mine's a 46" Samsung 1080p LCD TV I bought on Sale 7 years ago. It's still a decent TV and I minsan lang ako manood ng TV.  But I will definitely upgrade to 4K like my laptop pag bumili ako. Ang crisp ng images pag high resolution talaga. Pero ayoko naman ng sobrang laking screen because my living room is not that big. Feeling ko masakit sa ulo....lol!

I suggest i-measure mo sis diagonally yung wall mo para malaman mo if masiyado nga bang malaki. hubby ko nakita kong nagsusukat na ng wall namin. may masama yata balak. kita ko puro 65"  tv sinesearch.

also dapat ibase din yung size ng tv sa layo ng pwestong uupuan mo hehe.. Mahirap kasi kapag masyadong malaki tv tapos malapit ka lang, mahaba yung ittravel ng eyes  from one part of the screen to another, imbes na napapanuod mo buo hindi kasi paikot ikot mata mo.

anyone who availed Devant's 151515 promo? there's this specific model na 49" and priced at 39k (not sure with this) and since its 15th anniversary of devant, down to 15k only. promo is until August 19 na lang and out of stock na raw in majot appliance centers. they have list of authorized sellers of this promo lang. smooth kasi ang service center ng devant kaya i like this brand. hehe!

We're fans of Samsung (fridge, TV, washing machine) and recently bought a 65" 4K tv (series 8 ) for our lounge. Akala ko rin malaki na sya sa shop, but when we mounted it na sa wall, sayang pala we could have gone with the 75" mas ok!

^^^ Yes, you also have to consider how far you're sitting away from the TV. Nakakahilo pag malapit tapos ang laki laki. And pag masyado naman maliit, sayang rin baka di maenjoy yung movies/shows

Mga sis if you like to watch in a BIG screen and you have the space naman, why not consider a projector instead? Madami na din magagandang projectors na HD, 4K, 3D, at pwedeng smart tv din kasi may built in cast so you can watch Netflix, Prime video etc, or do streaming sa phone. 😊

In our living room we have a 55? LG 4K UHD 3D (55UH8500).
Nakapag-Samsung na kami twice, and the previous was Sony Bravia.
It is our first time buying an LG, and maganda rin naman, comparable din sa Samsung. Excellent video quality and we have been using it for 2 years na, no problem whatsover.
The 3D glasses for LG are the passive type, so no need for batteries. Unlike sa Sony namin dati na kailangan ng active 3d glasses and the 3d projector too.

^ This might be a silly question sis, but cheaper ba ang projector compared to TV? With a projector, you also need a white screen, right? Di na ko masyado updated dito. The projector that i know ten years ago might be different sa projector  nowadays..

Yup it?s cheaper in general. The ones that have great specifications already, you can get less than $1,000. Dami ng magagandang options nyan. Kahit 100-120in screen is already good size (but capability ng projector bigger pa dyan). Mura lang din mga screens, or yung iba wall lang.
I don?t think may lumabas ng TV na ganyan kalaki. And kung meron man, i?m pretty sure it would cost a lot.

Kasi yung mga matataas ang specs na TV  like 65in 4k lalagpas na ng $1,000.

But like i said maganda yan kung may space. So if there is a big enough space and they really like to watch in a BIG screen, then definitely for me, mas ok ang projector for more immersive experience.

^ i see..when it comes to size, malaki talaga pag projector. But  how about pagdating sa contrast and resolution, how is it compared to TV?

And pano po pala yung mga  TV channels kung projector lang?

^yes sis, there are projectors na same na rin naman sa TV. Regarding watching tv channels, pwede din, if there is a cable box then you can connect the hdmi cable.
 If you are really interested about projectors, i?m sure there are lots of other sites you can research on. 😊
