Im a sucker for free wifi kasi hahaha! There's free wifi almost anywhere. The train system is the same but newer trains in seoul. But food-wise, japan hands down.

^^malamig na mga 20 degrees. Di ako lamigin eh so kaya ko mag shorts sa gabi. Pero for some, may mga naka jacket na and yung iba tights

sa tanghali? mataas ba sikat ng araw? mainit maglakad lakad? or sakto lang?

@princess lorraine, madali lang magDIY tour sa korea, and you will save a lot dun sa 1300usd budget.. if you have smartphone try mo install jihachul app, very helpful yun sa subway system nila. i had a DIY tour dun for 7 days and most of the time i rode the subway sa mga places na pinuntahan ko

Sabi ng best friend ko wait daw kami ng promo ng cebu pac then yung hotel and tours diy nalang kung kakayanin. Sana makakuha rin kami ng visa. Thanks sis!

re: free wifi. oo nga ang dami dun! pero not naman everywhere. timingan din, minsan hirap kumonek. natatandaan kong nakakonek ako sa Insadong, Ehwa at Myeongdong. Sa subway me password eh.

@princess lorraine: yup DIY na lang. yung 1300 USD will go a long way! kasyang one week yan tapos me pangshopping pa! haha. kahit yung ibang napagtanungan namin na di marunong mag-english, very helpful pa rin naman at nakatulong pa rin.. body language lang! hihi

Hi girls, ask ko lang sa mga nagapply for Visa for students, for the requirements, did you still pass a photocopy of your ID?

Kasi ito yung requirements for students:

Application Form
1pc. Passport size colored picture
Passport Origina(6Mons. Valid)
Copy of Passport First Page
Original & Copy of  valid visa s and arrival stamps to 
   OECD  member countries for the past  5 years
School Certificate (Original)
Copy of School ID
Copy of Birth Certificate     
Parents’ Documents : Bank Certificate Original
                                        & ITR or Form 2316 Copy
                                        & Employment Certificate Original
                                           (or DTI, SEC, Mayor’s Permit

Pero sa updated ito lang:

If applicants are students, applicants are required to submit their School Certificate, Birth Certificate and Parents’ Documents (employment  certificate, bank certificate and ITR)

--- Just want to be sure kasi. Nakalimutan ng sister ko magbigay ng photocopy ng student ID niya. If hindi na needed talaga, better sana.

Super mura here in seoul. And grabe ang gaganda ng mga clothes! I already have 2 big bags sa kakapamili hahahah! About the weather naman, i still dont wear jacket and scarves. Parang pumasok ka lang sa mall like powerplant pag gabi. Pag umaga or lunch naman mejo parang gabi lang satin jan.

I think i spend on food like how I spend in hk. Mga 500/pax per meal safe na kayo pag sa restos kayo kumain. I dunno how much if fastfood but definitely cheaper pa. Pag mejo mag splurge naman, 1k per pax is ok na. Mura lang dito sa seoul. Pati shopping mura lols

wala ako masyado nakitng boots sis. baka kasi di pa season? hehe pero parang mahal boots nila (or baka di ko lang alam san mura mamili ng boots) lols!

Hi, ask ko lang, if mag apply ako together with my 2 daughters ( 1 is student, the other one just graduated last march and no job) ano ba mga submit namin documents? for my daughter who is still studying school certificate and birth certificate, right? kasi kasabay naman ako so the other docs ako na mag submit (coe,itr,bank cert). Yung sa isang daughter ko na hndi na student, ano kaya submit nya? or wala ba sya chance kasi unemployed sya?
