^ I'm from the south kasi kaya hindi ako familiar sa doctors in Antipolo.

Hi sis. Sino ang mare rcommend mong derma from the south?

mga sis, question lang. Do you still have regular facials while using Obagi whole system? I saw in some thread kase that you have to stop for certain time before you can have facial and powerpeel etc? esp when you're using tret and hq?

^Sis baka pwedeng tapusin mo muna yung cycles mo before your facial. Sayang lang pera mo kasi hanggang di pa tapos cycle ilalabas nya lahat ng impurities natin on face. never ako nagpa facial during my 3 cycles. Mahapdi yun sis kasi peeling talaga face mo mahapdi tapos ipprick ka pa. Besides, in my case kasi when i started Obagi di ko na need mag facial. Now maintenance na lang ako. Once a month lang ako pa-facial. Nagpa-facial na lang ako nung maintenance na lang ako sa obagi.

^5th month ko na sa Obagi sis..does it mean maintenance na lang dapat?  hindi na cia mahapdi, meron lang micropeeling sometimes sa bandang chin. meron padin akong konting whiteheads na gusto ko ifacial sana   and at the same time mwala yung mild peeling kase parang di na nawawala...normal ba yun?..how about hydrafacial? any reviews about that? sorry if OT

^6 weeks per cycle sis. You need to complete the 3cycles to get that full glow from Obagi which means 18 weeks. Kung naka 18 weeks ka na, pwede ka na mag pafacial (i suppose hindi na peeling galore ang face mo nyan) and mag maintenance ka na lang, that way, hindi ka na magppeel madalas, super mild peel na lang na hindi na mapapansin, pero sis you cant expect the peeling to stop since you're still using tret. Ok nga yang nag ppeel ka meaning pumuputi ka pa lalo. Best to consult your derma kung pano ang protocol mo sa maintenance pero usually ang maintenance ng obagi is 3x a week na lang gagamit. The rest basic na lang gagawin mo, cleanse-tone-moisture-protect. Never forget to apply sunblock even on you rest days. Iitim ka agad since u are using tretinoin. Mabilis umitim, i tell you. Magsisisi ka and masasayang the money. Yes sis, it's normal. Ako minsan na lang mag peel kasi 3x a week maintenance na lang ako.

its been a month since i started my obagi regimen


AM:

Obagi C Rx Sunblock

PM:

Blend Fx + Tret 0.1% ( 1/4 total nilang dalawa)

When I did the consulation I was advised by the Doc na I dont need matinding treatment since Im just after some pimple marks, and maintenance lang.

I noticed mas pumangit condition ng face ko, the thing is 2 weeks after ng start dun nagka breakouts and all. The breakout phase is supposed to be within a week diba? How come mine started 2-3 weeks after. I dont have peeling, just breakout galore lang!

Im not in PH right now kaya I cant come back sa Doc, anyone with the same experience?

After 3 weeks pala ginawa ko na every night yung tret + blend kasi initially everyother night lang.

help naman please!!

ive been using obagi for like 4 years before pero i stopped mga 2 years kasi i got pregnant.
pero i was using clear lang before, its my first time using blend fx and exfoderm.

untl when ba ang pinaka matagal na purging stage?

Iba iba ang reaction ng skin natin e, in my case I never had purging stages (rashes, zits, pimples) with Obagi.  Puro peeling lang, and when I am under Obagi regimen di talaga ako nagpipimple.  But ako I use the whole line though.

sis reese, almost same tyo ng stage of purging.. mine was after 3-4 weeks pa nga.  it lasted for a month or so.

mga sis, hanggang kelan ba sya gagamitin? i am really satisfied with the results on me but i find it too expensive for a daily maintenance. sana hindi naman ganito ang regimen with the maintenance.

for two months of using it, i've had two check-ups with my doctor tapos nun wala na syang advice. tuloy ko lang daw but until when i forgot to ask. maganda naman kasi ang result on me. no pimples, bumps, whatsoever. micropeeling lang din ako na super manageable naman.

like cezycez, gusto ko din magpa-facial. buti na lang nagbasa ako dito. hindi pala pwede.

God, I used use Obagi so often and I liked it soo much!
But I didn't know 'bout fake things...that's pretty awful.

im using obagi for quite sometime. tingin ko over rated lang sya,
pero overall maganda talaga sya kasi mabilis mag recover un skin ko from those endless beach days.

sa acne and black heads it didn't helped me eh
pero sa lightening ng skin. superb sya

Oh, in my case My skin lightened and my pimples gone!  My only problem now is my unedereye area.  Is the Elastiderm line as effective?

hindi din ako satisfied sa whitening nya kasi face lang pumuputi. kaya i started using oral and iv gluta haha! mega vain talaga tayong girls kahit sabihin na pretty naman tayo

Does anyone know if Sunfader is still in production or discontinued?

Just to share for those on a budget and not able to buy the entire system, no need to purchase both the Clear and Blender (as layering more hydroquinone does NOT make it work any better). Both has the same actives (4% HQ) and don't believe that both have different delivery mechanisms as what Obagi claims. The Clear is formulated as a standalone product, and less emollient (read: better for oily skins) as compared to the Blender (less acidic base for gentler, sensitive skins) and is formulated to be used together w/ tretinoin (credit this to the Sapponins; take note this ingredient is present on both). If you check the ingredient lists for both products, you can see they are nearly identical. No reason then to buy both (unless you wanted to, of course) and you can either use Clear/Blender in the AM/PM.
