Hi mga sis. san ba okay mag-post ng house and lot for sale? plano kasi naming ibenta ang bahay namin sa sta. rosa brand new pero wala kasi nakatira sayang lang kaya naisip namin ibenta. advice naman please. Thanks!

mga sis, hindi ko alam kung dito ko dapat mg post. may ng bebenta kasi ng unit sakin sa my cavite. ask ko lang if pano ba ang processing nun. may fee ba yung pg transfer? equity palang raw nababayad nya. please help.

kung equity pa lang nababayad nya ibig sabihin hindi pa napoprocess yung title nyan sa kanila. depende kase sa developer yan, pwedeng kayo mag aassume ng loan at kayo na nakapanglan or si former owner pa din ang nakalista sa kanila.

Hi mga sis, hubby and I have been planning to buy a house/lot for the longest time.. Ask ko lang kung meron ng nakabili dito from Riguera Realty or Bay Horizons. So far isa pa lang nakita ko feedback from Bay Horizon (nega pa) pero may nakita ko sa ibang forums na mukhang ok naman. Baka may iba pang mga clients sila here sa GT.

Also ask ko na rin, medyo OT, yung mga bumili ng house from developers  di ba talaga kasama sa selling price nila yung transfer of title, taxes.. etc? Isa sa mga negative feedback from developers na nabasa ko is yung di clear ang "miscellaneous Fees". Aside dun sa mga palagay ng water, electricity etc, meron pang transfer ng title which is malaki kung ganon.

Worst - PROFRIENDS (substandard houses, delayed turnover.)

Hi sisses! Been reading bad feedback for Borland Development Corporation pero yung post dito ay way back 2010-2011 pa. Balak kasi namin kumuha sa Celina Plains Imus. Nakapagtripping na kami and balak ko na pareserve next week. Mukhang naging ok naman na ang service nila? Kasi mukhang ok yung bahay eh. Di sya bare na bare. May mga tiles na sink, cr and ground floor at one layer paint. Ok naman din ang walls, di pre-fab. Oks din ang vibe ng community. Ayun lang wala pa ko naseasearch na feedback re: flooding.

Anyone here na nakakuha sa Celina Plains Imus? TIA!

Hindi ako familiar sa developer sis pero doon sa isang tanong mo, usually ay hindi pa kasama ang transfer of title, real property tax, etc sa selling price. Depende rin sa developer at kapag vatable ang property, minsan iyon ang kasama sa selling price.

Iyong ibang mga fees, usually sa misc fees nilalagay. Turn-over fees naman kapag tapos na at ready ka ng lumipat. So, check mo ang break down sa sample computation.

^sis, may budget range ka ba? May alam kasi ako sa Rizal, Antipolo at QC. Iyong sa Grand Monaco, maganda ang turnover ng standard units nila. Kumpleto na tiles and cabinets. Currently, may discounts silang inooffer pero hanggang katapusan na lang. And may notice na rin ng price increase on most of their projects by March 15. Please Sisses, Never ever thought of buying  house from HOMEMARK. Puro sakit ng ulo. You need lots of permits tuwing may ipapaayos or ipapainstall like cable, internet etc. Yun lang accredited nila na provider and you have no freedom to choose.

Hi sis, check mo Camella Silang, few meters away from tagaytay, kung meron pa silang available. And meron silang bago ngayon, sa Silang din, pero mas malapit sa FEU, Camella Alta-Silang ata tawag nilang dun.

In the meantime, as sis ubermame said, nag aaccept na ang Camella ng Letter of Intent for Camella Alta. Sa Silang ito pero 10 minutes na lang to Tagaytay and along the highway. Mabilis na sold out ang Camella Silang so expected na itong bubuksan na project ay ganun din. Sa mga gustong magsubmit ng Letter of Intent, may form po ako.

Hi Girls! Do you have any feedback from TRADITION HOMES PROJECT MANAGERS & DEVELOPMENT INC. ? They have projects in Antipolo, Manila(Cubao) I think. I'm planning to buy a house in their Antipolo site (Eastview Homes 3). Any ideas?Feedbacks? Thank you!
