Worst subdivision developer na alam ko: HOMEMARK

1. bahay mo na, di mo pa mapaayos, daming arte nun sa admin na kailangan magbayad ng extra sa permit, fees etc

2. kurakot dahil may accredited service providers pa sila like internet, cable etc

3. basura, nagkalat e monthly yata mangulekta

4. ang bahay ay di mo matirhan dahil iba ang sample/model house sa actual na turnover na unit.. mahuhulog ka sa hagdan.. yun ba ang ready to occupy?

5. poor customer service talaga! walang kwenta ang engineer dun! ayaw daw makipag-usap sa amin dahil di kami nagbayad ng extra fees.. wala kang nerve na harapin ang tao..

Please lang, kung gusto nyo mabuhay ng maayos, wag kayo bibili sa HOMEMARK--- Green Estate, Green Gate, etc. ang broker nila ay RMDC

Kung pwede ko lang ilipat ng lugar ang bahay namin!

 aw sad to hear naman yan sis. hindi pa naman ako tumitira dun so hindi ko pa naexperience. saka nung nag ask [textspeak!] ako na ayusin nila yung ganito sa bahay ok naman sila ewan ko lang kung nagawa na hindi pa kasi ako nakakabisita ulet. Ilang months ka na nakatira sa bahay ninyo?

sis, 8500 un sa rent naming ditto sa mandaluyong, 5k kami sa homemark, matatapos na ang pagbayad ko sa DP this Feb, last na bayad na kami, kaya lang di pa daw nakatayo yun unit naming, intayin daw tapusin ang DP bago itayo.   by end of this year naman daw ang turn over ng unit.

I am a lot owner of Verdana (Ayala Property) in Mamplasan. House construction will start either in September or October. My Architect is the one taking of everything. So far I didn't encounter any problem with Verdana management which is always very accommodating and helpful of all of my queries.

May nakakuha na ba sa San Miguel projects sa Cavite? Maayos din mga units nila. Isa pa ay may individual titles na ang mga lots nila kaya mabilis na ang paglipat ng property galing sa name nila papunta sa pangalan ng buyer.

Iyong project nila na Bel Aldea, pede rin sa pag-ibig.
