Oh Papa! It's now the 6th of August. With that, it's officially just a month away from your 8th death anniversary. I can't seem to believe that it's been that long. Even if it seems that I got so used to not having you around, it doesn't make me ever think that it will ever be okay that you're not here with us. Oh how I miss you everyday. I still remember you from time to time. Sometimes they are happy memories when I was younger, sometimes they are memories of my anger and resentment towards you. I honestly try to get rid of the latter kasi I know it won't do you and me any good. What I try to focus on is how much you loved J and sayang that you were not given more time to be with him.

Sometimes I am left wondering how you and him would have been and what relationship you would form with him. He is such a wonderful child and my main regret in our relationship is that you were not able to be with him as much when you were still alive.

Hinintay ko po talaga na mapanaginipan kita dahil alam ko pong sa ganitong paraan ka magpaparamdam dahil napakabait nyo po. Wherever you are. I still think of you. I didn't have to see her or hear news about her, but just the same, I got reminded of you.
