Another thing pa pala, ang 5lbs sa maliit na tao, ang laking difference na sa itsura, be it gaining or losing.

@purplerae, was just explaining to someone na if you factor out muscle, 110 is not payat for someone short.

i see. ako kase 5'2, ang target weight ko is 112 lbs. pero normal pa rin naman daw ako at 120. [textspeak!] kanya-kanyang ideal weight lang yan... or depende sa bone structure.

^ I'm guessing she's 5'0" tall or lower.

My ideal weight is 95 to 105.

^ a little muscle on girls (toned) tapos tan pa is perfect. pang hollywood elite :)

lately, i seem to have trouble getting past the 30 waistline. i want 27..  parang nagp-plateau.. sana mabigyan ako ng insanity ng 27 waistline.  yan ang sukat ko nun 10 years ago. haha

My friends and boyfriend say na i need to gain weight na daw kasi payat na ako. Im 117lbs 5'5 height ko. Hehe. Nung april ako nagstart magdiet, 127 lbs yata ako nun. Ive been eating like a pig for 2weeks now pero im not gaining any weight pero lumalaki na arms ko. Hehe. Kaya diet nalang ulit ako. :p From a 27 waistline, 25.5 nalang waist ko ngayon. :))

I like that! :)

di na rin ako nagwe-weigh. the scale is EVIL! hehe. ang basehan ko na lately is, kung kaya ko na ba tapusin ang isang workout like a pro! yung almost-perfect execution, no pauses. yun ang gusto ko i-achieve. pag nagawa ko ito sa isang workout at di na na-chachallenge muscles ko, saka ako magle-level up. o diba, parang nagmamarathon lang na pa-increase ng pa-increase ang KM :) I wish I could run, but hello, I'm in the middle east. :(

^ Same with me. Hindi na reliable ang weight for me. Kasi more often, mas nakaka-demotivate sya (for me, ha)

I get more motivated kapag nagiging madali na sakin magpushup, or hindi na ako hinihingal...

correct sis @rae and @mrsdee. ini-ignore ko na yung weighing scale kasi mas nadedepress ako.

i feel happier if i can finish my workout without stopping or if i stop mga 10 secs lang tapos game na ulit.
and ang sarap ng feeling kapag sore body ka the following day lalo na pag halos hindi ka makatawa sa sobrang sakit ng abs. hehe. and yes i love push ups. i practice my push ups (i do pull pero hindi pa ako makababa ng sobra) every morning kahit mga 10 reps lang tapos 2 sets.

hi mga sis pasali.

I am also a yoyo dieter. I gained weight because of not having time to exercise because I am working day and night in front of computer. Sitting all day made my belly expand. huhu I want my old body when I was still studying. I also want your support sisses.. thanks

i dont like weighing scales at all.
kasi no matter how i diet and exercise tapos nag weigh ako, parang minsan i lose weight, the next day i gain.

so when i was thinking my efforts are not giving me better results, 3 people whom i have not seen for quite a while commented that i looked thinner now when i saw them again recently. yehey to that!

sana magkalakas ako ng loob to do insanity. syang naman kasi di ko naman nagagamit, nakatambak lang.

mga sis don't hate and don't give up the weighing scale. i have this impression na you guys have a misconception and are measuring it on the wrong time of the day. ang ideal diba, is morning upon waking up, and evening before going to bed. dun niyo makikita ang difference sa water retained.

if we just rely visually, it is  very subjective.  our eyes are trained to be forgiving, but numbers don't lie.  we have to be objective. besides, every ebook that i read always tell na go by the numbers, and properly document everything to track down progress, be it short term or long term.  natutunan ko yan the first time i hit weights, i have a logbook and i put all the reps, lbs and sets i did. up to now i still do the same, i would compare my current stats with what i did a year or years ago...

same thing i do with my "slimming down program". i take note of weight, waist circum, body fat % regularly

so far, im making a great progress, both objectively and subjectively. il post pics soon.
