^ sis iba pa yung red rice sa brown rice. yung brown rice parang light brown yung color nya. yung red rice darker parang dark na maroon ganun. kami before brown rice then nagshift kami sa red rice kasi mas masarap. pag bagong luto amoy nilagang mani sya :)

hahaha... sis, sorry. i feel stupid tuloy... oo nga naman... iba ang brown sa red. :) thanks for the heads up. i will try the red rice after i finish my hcg diet. :)

Hi Ladies! Nag Hcg diet rin ako ang I lost 24 lbs in 32 days. I stopped using the drops kasi nag hairfall talaga ako. Maganda sana siya mabilis weightloss considering sobra ako magcheat nun like quarter pounder large fries at coke. O minsan naman rice tinapa, bacon...di ko talaga kaya controlin cravings ko eh. Di ako makatulog kagabi kakaisip ng food. Naghahanap nga ako ng support group for food addicts. Di naman ako volume eater talaga pero grabe ang cravings ko. Pag naisip ko tomato puro italian na pagkain na papasok sa isip ko Ziti, pizza margherita....pati capers nga pinapapak ko...at yung mga tipong hindi mo mahahanap sa ref mo. Macarons, flourless chocolate cake, raw mushroom salad! Haaayyy!!! Gusto ko ayusin buhay ko ngayon. Lahat ng aspect. Kaya try ko yung 17 day diet. At pag nagkapera na ko balak ko rin mag30-day yoga challenge. Please pray for me :)

i am on hcg din... gaano kagrabe yung hair fall? pero madami naman hair so kung hindi naman nakakalbo, okay lang... hehe. :) tsaka did you gain weight after finishing the diet?

on hcg kasi ako now, so far... lost 6 pounds on my 1st week (day 5 today)... happy ako pero not so much, kasi i cheated last night lechon (around 80-100g) and sotanghon (around 1.5 cup). i didn't lose any weight tuloy pero no gain naman. did you gain or lose or maintain during the times you cheated?

sisses, don't you try jumprope? i've read na ok rin to for weight loss.  i will do this on my tamad days  :P

^ ayos to ah. dati nagjujumprope ako pag nagsasawa na ko sa usual exercise na ginagawa ko para maiba naman. di ko alam ok pala yun. thanks sa info sis

^ako din nagsawa sa jumping rope, then nagtreadmil now i'm into biking pero mabagal pa rin paglose ko ng weight.
..true strength is being able to hold it all together when everyone else is expecting you to fall apart..

^ try mo sis gulay sa gabi and 1 cup brown or red rice. ang napansin ko malaking epekto talaga yung portion control. kasi kami ni hubby talagang 1 cup of red rice tapos gulay (kahit mapasobra ok lang) pag weekdays pero pag weekends dun lang kami naguulam ng pork or fish pero sukat din yan. like kunwari ang ulam eh tilapia. 1 cup red rice then tig-half lang kami sa medium na tilapia. pag lumpiang shanghai tig-5 small pieces lang. pag meat mga 3 cubes each. yung ganun. pansin ko pag kunwari nagmall kami at medyo napafood trip ng konti feeling ko ang bilis makadagdag ng weight
